Led by Ir. Ciputra himself, The Gallery Restaurant features an artistic ambience adapted from the works of Hendra Gunawan. Diners will be captivated by the design on the carpet, which is taken from a selection of pieces by Hendra. Similarly, the fluid and curvy lines of Hendra’s work are clearly adapted in the entrance from Ciputra Mall.
The restaurant also features three VIP rooms, each influenced by the three most influential people in Hendra’s artistic journey. The first one, the Wahdi Room is named before Hendra’s first proper painting mentor. The second, the Affandi Room before a man Hendra had a very close relationship with during the later part of his life. And the third, the Ciputra Room is inspired by Ir. Ciputra himself, a prominent collector of Hendra’s work and a dear friend as well.
