Entering BAM!, what will strike you almost immediately is the cool setting of the interior — the dark marble and granite, intricate wooden paneling by the entrance and the bar area, comfortable bar chairs, ornate ancient Japanese painting, racks upon racks of sake bottles, and so on. Torched sashimi is a popular item at BAM!, along with the many tapas selections such as charcoal grilled Spanish pork with fennel and paprika.

Some of the most popular dishes include the charcoal grilled pork belly served with caviar and cauliflower and Spanish prawn Carabinero with rosemary and lime. For a really premium Japanese taste, have a go at the Saga wagyu beef A4 with red wine and baked potatoes on the side.
