Bollinger Special Cuvée
With a golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties and traces of very fine bubbles, the Bollinger Special Cuvée permeates a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit and spicy aromas, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches.

This sophisticated bubbly offers a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, bubbles like velvet, pear, brioche and spicy aromas with notes of fresh walnut. Given its fresh property, the Bollinger Special Cuvée is good to with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi, as well as poultry, white meat, parmesan or good cured ham.
To enhance its unique style, bouquet and aromas, Special Cuvée is best served between 10 and 12°C. You can enjoy Special Cuvée right away, or choose to age it in your cellar.
Bollinger Rose
This 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier rose Champagne contains only 5 to 6% red wine due to its power and is cellar aged for more than twice the time required by the appellation. Upon inspection, it has a full bronze tone combined with the intense depth of a great red wine.

Aromas are dominated by the nobility of red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry, with an added spicy touch. To the palate, the Bollinger Rose is a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the adjunction of red wine bubbles as fine as velvet flavours of wild berries.
With its intimate and unusual flavours, Bollinger Rosé can be served for afternoon tea, Bollinger-style. It is also perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a pre-dinner drink or served with a fruity and tart dessert.
Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon
Coming from the popular Art Series of Leeuwin Estate is a Cabernet Sauvignon that contains striking blackcurrants and cherries combined with aromatics of fragrant violets, bay leaf, anise, clove and dried tobacco. The oaky note is very fine and pencil-like creating an overall complex and fragrant nose.

To the palate, it is a well refined flavour with direction and balanced with fine texture, exhibiting plump dark forest fruits. Dried sage, coffee bean, slight char and anise rise to a finish which is characterized by structural cocoa powderlike tannins. A very sophisticated wine that is both artistic and elegant in delivery.
Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay
The colour is brilliant green straw and exudes a fresh nose that is classical Leeuwin Estate Chardonnay, with intensely lifted aromas of ripe yellow pear skins, the petals of citrus blossom, nectarine and ripe peach accompanied by hints of fig, cashews and roasted pine nuts from barrel maturation on yeast lees with integrated and stylish French oak.

The palate displays the mouth filling and intense flavours of fresh ripe pears which is full bodied and incredibly rich intermingling with delicious stone fruit flavours, nectarine and pineapple tart, the middle palate shows richness before turning to an elegance only found in the rarest of years that focus the flavours to a long and persistent finish which is both crisp and appealing.

Marqués de Riscal Gran Reserva
To make its Gran Reserva wines, Riscal uses grapes from vines over 30 years old, both from its own estate vineyards and bought from associated local growers. Once the wine destined to become a Gran Reserva has been selected, following the coupage of the wines of the new vintage, it is put into oak casks where it will age for between two and a half and three years. This is followed by a further minimum of three years bottle ageing before release.

The colour is deep black-cherry, almost opaque. The aroma is a very elegant, complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and lots of spice. It is smooth and round in the mouth, with tannins which are firm, yet silky and very sweet and which envelop the whole palate. The finish is long, lingering, fresh and balanced with a hint of fine elegant tannins.
Marqués de Riscal Barón de Chirel
The malolactic fermentation takes place in small wooden vats with a capacity of 20,000 litres and the wine is then aged for 20 months in Bordeaux style barrels made of French oak. Finally, the wine spends a minimum time of a year rounding off in the bottle before being released for sale.

With a dark cherry colour, lively with few signs of evolution, the Marqués de Riscal Barón de Chirel possesses high aromatic intensity in which the toasted and spicy aromas from the French oak predominate, together with ripe, dark-berried fruit. In the mouth, it is fresh and smooth with soft, polished tannins in which the wood is not too intrusive. It is a complex and elegant wine with a long, balanced finish.
Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon

A leader and pioneer among Chilean Cabernets, aged for 12 months in French fine grain Allier oak barrels, the Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon is of intense ruby colour, with blackcurrant, chocolate and cigar box aromas; balanced with well-integrated oak. Great complexity of flavours in the mouth; mid-palate is full-bodied and balanced, with remarkably long finish. A superb wine ready to drink now, it can also be chosen for cellaring for future enjoyment. The first 1987 vintage was singled out by the UK’s Wine magazine as one of the best 10-year-old red wines in the world.
Montes Alpha Char donnay
Delicious, full-bodied, complex and creamy in the mid-palate, this Alpha Chardonnay is one of the few Chilean white wines that will improve with age. The 1998 vintage was selected as ‘World Champion Chardonnay’ by Slow Food of Italy, after simultaneous tastings in 26 cities around the world, covered live by BBC-TV in London.

Grapes are sourced from the renowned white wine area, Casablanca Valley. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels for one year; 40% of the wine undergoes secondary ‘malolactic fermentation’ to enhance buttery flavours. A monthly stirring of the wine orbatonage enhances flavour and aroma complexity.
Ornellaia 2012

The flagship wine an exclusive brand, the Ornellaia 2012 perfectly represents the unique quality and exceptional terroir of the estate. Themed “l’Incanto”, or the Enchantment, this fine wine is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 7% Petit Verdot, and appears a deep ruby with a remarkably fruity bouquet that is both rich and mildly spicy. The palate shows well-rounded, full and generous, with glossy tannins and an entire wholesomeness that is smooth and sophisticated. The Ornellaia 2012 comes from a vintage that subtly masks its richness behind an expansive, magisterial structure and concludes with a very long-lasting finish.
Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia
Produced primarily from the younger vineyards, the wine combines the pedigree of the flagship wine with freshness, accessibility and softness together with a structure, balance and intensity typical of the great terroir of the estate.

A very crisp, clean-edged bouquet features emphatic notes of wild berry fruit and sweet violets, with underlying hints of pungent spice and roast espresso bean. The palate is of full volume with a good weight, yet at the same time displaying elegance and pedigree, with a velvet-smooth, glossy texture and up-front fruit. A lovely vein of acidity propels a nearendless finish, held taut and true by an exceptional charge of tannins, bringing the wine to a close on an intensely refreshing note.
Pa ul Jab oule t Aîné Le Cheval ier de Ster imberg

Every year, a wine is born from the vineyards of Paul Jaboulet; a wine with a character that is shaped by nature, the sun and the rain. This is what makes the wine unique every year. The Le Chevalier de Sterimberg shows a healthy pale yellow colour. Aromas are reticent but complex as it melds white flowers, honeysuckle and mint. To the palate it is dense and sweet but with impressive structure and grip with a very spicy and long aftertaste. It is uniquely backward today and in need of aging. Boasts an outsized frame for this wine.
Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Chapelle
Grapes are brought down from the slopes of l’Hermitage on small sledges, after which they are sorted by hand and vinified traditionally in the wineries. Final blending is carried out during the ageing process and is done through judicious selection from the different terroirs of l’Hermitage.

La Chapelle is aged in wood in the ancient “VINEUM” cellar for 15 to 18 months. During this process the wines are also racked. The resulting wine is of intense ruby red, limpid and bright colours coupled with highly complex, distinguished aromas, revealing the Syrah’s great finesse. In addition, notes of black fruits, sweet spices are also present, and, ultimately, it is finely woody. To the palate, La Chapelle is both full and generous, with silky tannins and a very long finish.
