Your well-being is very important to us. That is why we are happy to help you with your choice. In order to be able to accommodate your preferred times, we ask you to book your treatments as early as possible. All our treatments include a welcome, a short preliminary discussion about the treatment and a rest period to ensure you have a relaxing stay.

We have female and male masseurs in our team. Please let us know your preferences at the time of booking and let us know if you would like a specific therapist. We will endeavour to take your preferences into account.
ARRIVAL FOR TREATMENT
Please report to the Spa Reception 5 minutes before the start of your treatment in your bathrobe or 10 minutes if you still need to change. For men‘s facial treatments, we ask that you do not arrive freshly shaved. Have you booked a treatment with peeling? Do not shave, wax or depilate beforehand, otherwise the peeling can be very painful and cause unnecessary irritation.
MEDICAL SPECIALITIES
Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery and if you have any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies etc.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend the treatment, please let us know up to 24 hours beforehand. We ask for your understanding that cancellations received less than 24 hours before the treatment will be charged in full. If you are late, we ask for your understanding that your treatment will be shortened accordingly out of respect for the following guests.
ATMOSPHERE
The 7sources beauty & spa is a place of peace and relaxation. We would therefore like to thank you for showing consideration for other guests and contributing to the quiet and relaxed atmosphere - especially in the relaxation room. Please note that the entire sauna and bathing area is a non-smoking zone.
MOBILE PHONE USE
Out of respect for the peace and quiet of other guests, we ask you to mute your electronic devices, refrain from making phone calls and only consume media with headphones. Please refrain from taking photos and videos videos in equal measure.
CHILDREN
The bathing area is open for children under 12 from 7.30am to 5.30pm. Outside of these times, the entire wellness area is reserved for adults. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the sauna area. Adolescents aged 12 and over are permitted to enter the textile sauna
area if accompanied by an adult. The textile-free area of the sauna landscape is available to all guests aged 16 and over.
CLOTHING IN THE BATHING AREA
Burkinis, tankinis and swimwear made of synthetic fabrics specially designed for swimming purposes may be worn when swimming. For reasons of hygiene, we ask that you refrain from wearing any other clothing at all, including underneath the burkini.
CLOTHING IN THE SAUNA AREA
In the textile area, the facilities may not be used without swimwear. No clothing is permitted in the textile-free area. Please use a seat towel or a towel for the facilities in the textile-free area.
