The summer season, our 99th, is here! The Beach and Pool are open, Bowling is back, Pickleball is here, and there is excitement all around!
Pool and Beach
The hours of operation at the Pool and at the Beach for June can be found on the Club app/website as well as the back cover of this issue
Play it Cool at the Pool: bounce only once when using the diving board • play outside of the deep end when the waterside and/or diving board is in use • playing Sharks and Minnows is permitted in the pool at all times. • use kickboards and flippers in lap lanes only • wait for the person in front of you to reach the ladder before taking your turn on the waterslide or diving board • water guns, tennis balls, footballs, frisbees pool toys, etc. are to be enjoyed outside of the pool deck.
Pool Cues:
children under the age of 12 must be supervised when at the pool • children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the main pool this includes guests • wear shoes and cover ups in all areas of the Club when not on the pool deck
Guest Fees:
Anyone under the age of 17: a $10 guest fee will apply Monday to Sunday, including holiday weekends.
Anyone age 18 and over: a $10 guest fee will apply Monday to Thursday A $25 guest fee will apply Friday to Sunday, and holiday weekends

Bowling
Our new, state-of-the-art Bowling Alley is available for member use and for private events. Bowling lanes may be booked for 60-minutes at a time, via the app/website, using the same method as booking a tennis court As mentioned in the May 21, 2024 email from the Club’s General Manager:
The bowling facility will remain an indoor space for our Camp High Tide and Junior Sailing programs during inclement and extreme weather; use of the facility will be limited during the daytime in July - mid August • Appropriate attire* and behavior is expected from members of all ages and their guests • Children age 4 and younger are not permitted to bowl. Children may be in the bowling facility, however at this time, the Club does not have the equipment necessary for young children to safely bowl • Children ages 5 - 14 are permitted to use the facility & must be supervised by their parent when in the bowling alley (except if there for camp or sailing) • Children ages 15-18 do not require supervision • At no time may street shoes be worn on the wood floor of the bowling alley • At no time may anyone other than Club staff walk down a bowling alley • Food and Beverage is permitted in the bowling alley - members may go to the Grille Bar and place an order that will be brought to you *bathing suits are not permitted

Tennis
If you are interested in playing on a LSC MITL 50 LOVE team this summer, please send an email by June 10th to tennis02@larchmontshoreclub.org . Matches will take place on the following Tuesdays mornings, starting at 9:30 am: July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6 Eligible players need to be at least 50 years old by the end of the calendar year (December 31, 2024).

Bowling
The Bowling Alley is open Wednesday - Sunday from 11:00 am - 9:00 pm (last booking at 8:00 pm). Lanes are reserved for 60 minutes at a time; members may book two lanes simultaneously Use of all lanes is by reservation only; all lane bookings are made by the member via the Club app/website only.

Junior Sailing
June 25 | 6:30 Junior Sailing Parent Meeting

and Sailors’ Ice Cream Social. Parents of all registered sailors members, as well as ANY parent interested in knowing more about the Junior Sailing Program, are welcome to attend this meeting with the Director and Staff. Sailors will enjoy an Ice Cream Social while parents are in the meeting Registration requested
The LSC Sailing staff are excited to kick off another fun-filled summer on the Sound! Summer is right around the corner, so just a few reminders as we get closer to the beginning of the program:
Health and medical forms can be found in your email, as well as on the Junior Sailing page of the website. Please have those submitted by June 1st, either by giving a physical copy to the Front Desk or emailing a PDF to sailing@larchmontshoreclub org If your child is participating in both Junior Sailing and Camp High Tide, you only need to submit one set of forms.
Also, keep an eye out for an email with a list of the gear your sailor will need for this summer As always, if you have any questions, please reach out via email!

Casino and Sports Bar
Daily outdoor dining at the Club starts with breakfast at the Casino. Continental breakfast is offered MondayThursday; an expanded breakfast menu is offered Friday - Sunday The Casino opens at 8:00 am for self-service. You can place your orders by walking up to the Casino window Later this season, the Club will launch user-friendly mobile ordering via our Club's mobile app.

Notable Potable June Days:
June 01 - 09 | Ace Royal the cocktail of the French Open
For lunch and for dinner, we offer the flexibility of table service, walk up or (coming soon) mobile ordering. Alongside our regular lunch menu, we have brought back a member favorite, the Salad Bar! Lunch is available from 12:00 - 3:00 Dinner service will feature daily blackboard specials, starting at 5:00 pm. Pizza service also begins at 5:00 daily
The Casino kitchen, which services diners at both the Casino and at the Sports Bar, will be closed daily from 3:00 - 5:00 pm
Throughout the summer, there will be pop-up stations on select weekends, adding an element of surprise to casual outdoor dining at the Club
At the Sports Bar, the menu offers “Grab and Go” options that include hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, cheese platter, chips, candies, italian ices, and churros.
Casino and Sports Bar hours of operation are as follows:
The Casino will be open from 8:00 am to closing time on Fridays through Sundays until Father's Day weekend Following Father’s Day Weekend, the Casino will operate 7 days a week. The Sports Bar will be open from 3:00 pm to closing time on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and from 12:00 pm to closing time on Fridays through Sundays After Father’s Day Weekend, The Sports Bar will open daily, starting at noon.
Please note that our hours of operation are subject to weather conditions.

Exciting news from Page 6! Mobile ordering from the Casino and from the Sports Bar will begin later this summer! Members will be able to use the Club app (only) to order food and beverage items from the Casino and from the Sports Bar, to enjoy tableside, or to take away.
