HOW TO MAKE STUFFED TURKEY BY: RECETAS LILY

STUFFED TURKEY INGREDIENTS:

500 GRAMS (ABOUT 1LB) OF FINE FILLETS OF TURKEY BREAST

Stuffing:

Seasonings:

¼ cup Olives ¼ cup capers ¼ cup Raisins ½ Paprika 1 onion 5 garlic cloves ¼ cup almonds 1 sprig of coriander 1 sprig of parsley

½ tsprosemary ¼ tsp cloves ½ tsppink salt ½ tspblack pepper 1 cup red wine 1 bay leaf 1 tspolive oil

PREPARATION OF THE STUFFED TURKEY:

1. Stretch the turkey breast fillets and hit it with a meat mallet to squish and make it as thin as possible. (You can also use a rolling pin) 2. Spread the fillets out on the table or cutting board. 3. Add the filling ingredients to the center of each fillet and distribute them evenly. 4. In a bowl, mix the seasonings. 5. Add some of the seasonings to the open turkey and roll. 6. Close well with the help of string. 7. Place in a baking dish and add the rest of the seasonings, let it marinate for about 2 hours. 8. In a skillet with 1 tbsp. olive oil, sear the turkey roll on all sides. 9. Once seared, bake at 200 ° C | 400 ° F for 30 minutes. 10. Check the internal temperature at 25 minutes. 11.
