spirit in an urban setting

The corporate identity for PKNS Homes is crafted to establish a strong, trustworthy brand in the property market, highlighting its commitment to quality living and community development.

Key elements include a modern logo that integrates a stylized home icon with the initials “PKNS,” conveying innovation and warmth. The color palette features earthy tones—deep greens and warm browns—reflecting sustainability and a connection to nature. The tagline, “Building Communities, Creating Homes,” emphasizes the brand’s mission.
