The former Tuckshop was converted into a new Food Studies kitchen under the direction of Jo Nanfra, Head of Food Studies. A new School Café is run by Executive Chef Dan Kranjcic (Cecconi’s, Fifteen) and his catering company Pinwheel & Co. These renovations represent a commitment to wellbeing which has been a focus at Korowa for several years. “The delighted faces of our students, upon seeing all the new spaces built just for them, has been the best reward,” Ms Liana Gooch concluded.
