No Body Sculpting. • Friday, June 8 -Saturday, June 9: Team Jazzercise Nicholasville will be participating in and doing demonstrations at the Jessamine County Relay for Life. Thanks to all of you who have supported our team. • Monday, June 11-Thurday, June 14, 1:004:00 p.m. Jr. Jazzercise Camp! • Friday, June 15, 10:30 a.m. Jr. Jazzercise Camp performance. Plan to stay after the 9:30 class to watch and support our campers! • Wednesday, July 4, 8:15 and 9:30 a.m. classes only. Michele and Sarah will be team teaching both classes so you won't want to miss this "all American" class! Get an extra point towards your tank top for starting the 4th with us. There will be no afternoon and evening classes on the 4th. Sorry no childcare on holidays.

SAVE THE DATE! • The Annual Jazzercise Summer Picnic will be Wednesday, July 25th at 7:00 p.m. Michele and I are always willing to host at our houses, but if there is a customer who'd like to offer her home for this year's picnic, please let Sarah know. It's always fun to have it at different places. • The 2012 Jessamine Jamboree Parade will be Saturday, September 8th at 10:00 a.m. Plan to dance down Main St. with us!

Game On! Don't have a partner? Let the desk know and we will team you up. Tracking sheets and the notebook to file them in are on the Credenza. Each team member initials a different box for each class they attend. One class per day counts towards the attendance game. Once all 60 squares are filled, both team members win the tank. (While supplies last. Supplies and sizes are limited.)

Free Fridays FRIDAYS during the month of June are FREE! That means anyone can come and try out a class, and we will waive the normal $10 walk-in fee. We have a Regular one hour Jazzercise class at 9:30 a.m. and an Express (30 minute cardio only) class at 5:45 p.m. every Friday. Sign up for the Sizzin' Summer Special after your free class on June 1st, 8th or 15th! Or get your 1st month Free with EFT sign up on the 22nd or the 29th. That's FIVE FREE FRIDAYS in June! June is a Referral Month As if the Sizzlin' Summer Special and Free Fridays were not enough to entice new customers to class, June is also the second of our three referral months this year. When you invite a friend who signs up for ANY pass in June, YOU get to pick a gift card from our gift card basket as a thank you for inviting a friend. There is no limit to the number of gifts cards you can get in June! PLUS, you will get an extra point towards your tank top for having a friend sign up. If your friend signs up for the 12 month EFT pass by the end of the year, you can count her towards your five referrals needed to earn you free Jazzercise for all of 2013! Congratulations To Our Newest Club Jazzercise Member: • Kim McKinney. Congrats Kim! You need to attend 150 classes this calendar year to get in the club and win the white blow out tee. That's an average of three times a week for the year. A very attainable goal and you still have over half the year left to do it!

Stretch Before relaxing in your recliner, stretch your muscles before they stiffen, helping them to become more pliable and flexible. As oxygen flows into your muscles, you’ll speed their recovery. Jr. Jazzercise Performance Friday, June 15th, 10:30 am

Ease Back In When your muscles are feeling rested, ease back into your normal fitness program gradually so your body has time to catch up with all the plans you have in store. Remember, the most effective way to relieve muscle soreness after an active weekend is to move a bit more, drink lots of water and nourish your muscles back to health.

On Friday, June 15th our campers will perform the routines that they have learned at camp immediately following the 9:30 a.m. class. (10:30 a.m.) Plan to stay after class for a few minutes to watch the kids perform and cheer them on. They work hard all week for this performance. It will only be about twenty minutes and your support means a lot!
