Although the world has changed significantly over the past year, with business practices and lifestyles changing due to COVID-19, and increasing interest rates, you would expect a significant shift in the real estate market. This is only partly true. While the number of sales has dropped significantly over the last year, the average sale price has stayed relatively stable. This has resulted in a more balanced market and is good news for buyers and sellers alike.
