Paige Soltas isn’t just your average agent. Originally hailing from Chicago, Paige majored in marketing at the University of Northern Illinois. With a passion for design, she continued her education at The Illinois Institute of Art. Tiring of the busy city life, she made a life-altering decision to relocate to Boulder, Colorado, over a decade ago. The allure of nature, snowboarding,

a portion of each sale to support their financial efforts. Her love for animals is further evidenced as she also volunteers with the Wild Animal Sanctuary as a founder. Paige and her husband, Ricky, have two dogs who are an integral part of their lives. Paige says, “We have a Golden Retriever named Millie, and she’s simply perfect. We also have a Great Pyrenees Border Collie mix. He is about to be 10 and is my soul dog. He is hilarious, mischievous, and kind of a troublemaker but super smart, very funny.”

Paige, who describes herself as a mountain girl, loves living in Boulder Heights. Despite being just a short 15-minute drive from town, this locale embodies the essence of mountain living. It’s within this picturesque community that Paige enjoys organizing an annual holiday gathering, complete with live music, food, and a warm sense of neighborly connection showcasing

her desire to bring people together.

Recently Paige co-hosted a large-scale event aimed at gathering numerous small businesses together called the Boulder Spring Market. The event functioned as a shopping extravaganza, fostering connections among attendees. Participants discovered potential collaborations and beneficial services for their clients, enhancing networking opportunities. This proactive approach aligns with her authentic self, allowing her to forge meaningful connections within the community.

Paige’s personal life intertwines seamlessly with her professional ethos. Together with her husband, Ricky, they have transformed their mid-century modern home into a labor of love, blending his expertise as a craftsman with her keen design sensibilities. Drawing from these experiences has proven invaluable in assisting potential

buyers considering a fixer upper. Paige’s knack for seeing beyond the present state and envisioning future possibilities provides clients with invaluable guidance. By leveraging this foresight, clients can potentially increase their equity through strategic renovations and personal touches.

With so many places to experience within the state of Colorado, Paige and Ricky don’t have to travel far to enjoy time off. They have a camper van they use to explore endless possibilities. Their favorite destination for snowboarding is Steamboat Springs, while their top choice for camping is Aspen/Snowmass. Paige says, “Each year, during the last week of September, Ricky and I visit Aspen to celebrate his birthday. Aspen holds a special place in my heart, as it’s where we got married last year.” Their wedding took place atop Aspen Mountain, away from any resort setting, in a cozy cabin they had rented. Despite the casual ambiance, the event was extraordinary and included their two beloved dogs. The stunning vista of the entire Aspen Valley made the occasion truly unforgettable.
