What Molly contributes to a client’s journey comes from her soul. She describes herself as having a keen ability to connect easily with others, saying, “I’ve lived in every single time zone from Alaska to Savannah, Georgia. I’m adaptive and creative in adjusting to change. I’m a good listener and have a penchant for identifying the critical details of a client’s vision and putting them into action.”

Molly also credits milehimodern for its mission and vision propositions which attract agents, like herself, who willingly collaborate with each other to elevate client representation.

The defining personal experiences that Molly says give her insight into her clients’ stories include having been an

occupational therapist/certified hand therapist, a mother, an Army Ranger military wife, a real estate agent in the historic city of Savannah, and current milehimodern real estate agent with years of modern mountain living experience to share.

Molly’s embrace of a mountain lifestyle began in college while working for the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. She explains, “It was the first place that introduced me to the lifestyle I wanted to live. For several summers, I was an avid hiking guide in Rocky Mountain National Park. I hiked hundreds of miles and summitted numerous peaks, all while ensuring my clients’ safety and well-being.”

Preceding her family’s move to Colorado in 2008, Molly took a job in a well-established boutique Savannah real estate firm and worked alongside a sixth-generation Savannahian. There, she was introduced to Savannah’s historic

districts and waterfront property and began her real estate journey.

“Our real estate office was one of two boutique firms in the south. I learned the importance of branding, the value of having a powerful sales manager and colleagues, and how to take care of clients in true southern fashion and provide them a full-service experience,” Molly remarks.

Now well settled in Boulder with her family, Molly’s mountain living experience includes frequent recreating at their wilderness cabin in historic Eldora. She says, “We are definitely living and loving the Colorado lifestyle. Eldora is eighteen miles west of Boulder – in one day, you can live a city life, but then head up Boulder Canyon and be in a totally different world.”

Molly, her husband Matt, and their two energetic middle-schoolers -Heidi, 13, already a nationally ranked rock climber, and Wyatt, 11, an avid competitive soccer

player, all love the outdoors. Molly attributes much of her own contentment and inspiration to living in a beautiful area where, daily, she can hike the Front Range Foothills trails with neighbors and friends and then walk down the street and have coffee at a local coffee shop.

About what is most fulfilling in her job as a REALTOR®, Molly is passionate. “I enjoy being a resource for individuals to help them ultimately capture and gain the lifestyle that they want to achieve. I love finding connection and building relationships, and watching other people become empowered by their decisions and choices.”

At home, Molly enjoys being involved in her children’s school community as a Board of Directors member of Summit Charter Middle School in Boulder Valley School District. She is a dedicated volunteer with Boulder-based nonprofit group, Ignite Adaptive Sports, which enables individuals with disabilities

to engage in mountain snow sports activities with the assistance of volunteers. She is also a volunteer with the Special Olympics and their mountain biking team.

Molly is eager to showcase her skills as a leading regional real estate professional in 2024. She values working alongside other agents at milehimodern and is excited to increase her sales volume, focus specifically on South Boulder and Table Mesa, and double her previous achievements.

When asked if she has a favorite motto that inspires her, Molly laughs and says, “Right now I’m looking at a sticker that says ‘Love where you live!’ I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!”
