“Real estate is like skiing a mountain,” says REALTOR® Amanda DiVito Parle with DiVito Dream Makers.

“Real estate is like skiing a mountain,” says Amanda DiVito Parle, REALTOR® with DiVito Dream Makers. “When you get to the top, the hard work of skiing down begins. It takes skill to get down a mountain. Sometimes you get to enjoy blue skies. Other times you can’t see the turns approaching.” It’s an adventure and you have to embrace the twists, turns, and unexpected challenges. The same can be said of real estate. With all its excitement, it’s not a career for the faint of heart or for those unable to tackle challenges.

ROOTED IN COLORADO

Born in Steamboat Springs, Amanda was destined to be a mountain enthusiast. Her parents, self-proclaimed “ski bums,” moved to a horse property in West Arvada when she was little, a place they’ve called home for over 38 years. While Amanda’s love for the slopes is undeniable, her career has led her to navigate the suburban markets surrounding Boulder County and Denver, where she’s built a thriving real estate business.

Amanda’s career in real estate wasn’t a leap into the unknown—it was in her DNA. “I’m a second-generation REALTOR®,” she explains. Her father, Joe DiVito, was in the business for 38 years, and she learned the ropes working for him throughout high school and college. From running errands and delivering checks to solidly negotiating deals by age 22, Amanda gained a deep understanding of the industry.

“Watching my Dad negotiate deals and listen in on his conversations made an impression on my mind as a young person,” she says. Today, Amanda leads the family-operated team, DiVito Dream Makers, continuing her father’s legacy while carving her own path. “This is my 21st year in the business, and I’ve done every job along the way,” she says. Her no-nonsense, people-first approach makes her a connector, someone who thrives on winning others over with her expertise and genuine passion for helping families.

NAVIGATING THE REAL ESTATE SLOPES

When asked about the most rewarding part of her career, Amanda’s response is twofold. “First, serving people during unique, infrequent transactions,” she comments. “This is real life; this is their family, their job relocation, and there is tremendous reward in helping people buy and sell.” Walking clients through one of the most significant transactions in their lives is incredibly fulfilling for this Top Producer. From job relocations to growing families, Amanda finds purpose in being a trusted advisor during these pivotal moments.

Equally rewarding is the sense of community within the REALTOR® brand. Early in her career, Amanda was named to the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30, an honor that led her to start the Young Professional Network in Colorado. “The real estate industry is one of the only surviving sectors where referral fees can be paid between agents,” she notes. This network has been a cornerstone of Amanda’s success, allowing her to build strong relationships with fellow REALTORS® across the country.

“IT’S BEEN AN AMAZING CAREER,” SHE SMILES Passion Project: The Kitchen Table Podcast

In 2024, Amanda launched At The Kitchen Table, a podcast that interviews the most influential figures in her career. “The kitchen table is where so much of real estate happens,” she says. “It’s where you sit down with clients and discuss life’s big decisions.” Through her podcast, Amanda is giving thanks

to those who have shaped her journey, sharing their wisdom with a wider audience. “It’s a tour of gratitude,” she says. “Sometimes people cross our paths and leave a lasting impact without even realizing it.”

A FAMILY-ORIENTED LIFESTYLE

Outside of real estate, Amanda’s life is as full as her business. She and her husband, Ryan, share a love for skiing, spending weekends at their second home in Winter Park with their three children, Evelyn (12), Nolan (10), and Oliver (8). “We’re a mountain family through and through,” she says. “Skiing has always been a part of who we are.” Their standard poodle, Kona, named after their favorite Hawaiian destination, rounds out the family.

Balancing work and family is a challenge Amanda has embraced with open arms. “This business allows you to have it all, just not all at the same time,” she says. “I’ve learned to pace myself and let life’s experiences reveal

themselves when I’m ready to receive them.” Amanda’s day starts with family time—playing games, working out, and connecting with her kids before heading into the office. Her afternoons are dedicated to clients, while evenings are reserved for family once again. And when the kids are asleep, Amanda often returns to her desk, prepping for the next day’s adventures.

GIVING BACK

Amanda is also passionate about giving back to her community, particularly through organizations like Children’s Miracle Network, which holds special meaning for her after her middle son underwent spinal and brain surgery at Children’s Hospital. Amanda has been a longtime donor and continues to support the organization, alongside the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC), where she’s deeply involved in their efforts to serve the adult population with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

LOOKING AHEAD

As Amanda reflects on her career, she’s filled with gratitude for the opportunities real estate has provided. “This business is relentless,” she admits. “But it’s also incredibly rewarding. It’s the only industry where you can help people build true financial freedom while staying close to home and raising a family.”

With the real estate market evolving, Amanda remains confident that the need for expert advisors will always be there. “Consumers still need professional guidance, and that’s not going away.” Whether she’s skiing down a mountain or closing a deal, Amanda DiVito Parle embraces every
