Foxborough’s Challenges » Education Funding. Foxborough’s school budget is under enormous stress due to falling tax revenues during the pandemic. » Clean and Reliable Water. In Congress, Alan will: Help restore education funding by passing the Heroes Act in Congress to secure $5,816,109 in funding for Foxborough. Fight to make sure money is included in upcoming infrastructure bills to modernize Foxborough’s wastewater treatment facilities. Hire a dedicated congressional staff member located in Southeastern Massachusetts who is focused on economic development and job creation. Create a Foxborough Congressional Advisory Board to stay connected to local issues in Foxborough and ensure stakeholder voices are heard in Washington.
