Wrentham’s Assets and Initiatives » The Holly Club of Wrentham supports the community through scholarships, financial support for veterans, and the provision of other critical social services. » The Wrentham Food Pantry has been providing food for Wrentham residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. » Wrentham Veteran’s Agent, run by the Town of Wrentham’s Department of Veteran’s Services, provides financial and medical assistance to qualified veterans, their dependents, and their surviving spouses. » The Wrentham Council on Aging identifies the needs of seniors in Wrentham and provides a variety of services and programs to address them.

In Congress, Alan will: Address teacher layoffs by passing the Heroes Act in Congress to secure $3,937,747 in funding for Wrentham, enough to restore lost positions. Address the spike in unemployment through a Federal Jobs Guarantee including expanding AmeriCorps and providing Emergency Wage Support to save small businesses and keep people on the payroll. Support fundamental clean water laws, oppose other administrative attacks on water rules and safeguards, and secure federal funding for water infrastructure. Support the Common Sense Housing Investment Act, increasing funding for housing programs through reforms to the mortgage interest tax deduction.
