About Us: D Plus is an interior and exterior Design & Architecture firm that combines the extensive experiences of its four co-founders, every one of them holds a proven track record of exceptional quality in his field of experience, they gathered all their abilities and capabilities five years ago and started D Plus the firm that continues to build on their past successes and boasts a steadily increasing referral client base for design, renovations and new home construction.

- Design & engineering Design is to reflect thoughts and dreams into technical drawings that can be applied on ground, while engineering is to transform these designs into reality, in the light of that we consider Design & engineering as an interrelated and complicated process we can simplify it here into the following three steps: Understanding space: we work very precisely to understand each and every detail in the space we are working on, our specialized and well trained team of survey will visit the site and collect accurate information about every corner.

Understanding client’s needs: we are committed to design solutions that fulfill all the client’s needs with reasonable budgets and accurate timing, our designers will tailor a genuine solution that will work properly only for your place.

Building reality: after collecting enough information about the space facts and client’s ambitions, our team of engineers and designers will build an integrated solution and deliver a design package that any qualified contractor can implement flawlessly, as the package contain: detailed site survey, photos, electromechanical drawings, automation circuits and landscapes.

- Contracting As we consider design & engineering an independent service, we also provide a comprehensive range of contracting and construction services to various business sectors, private residences many other facilities. We apply the best practices in all the phases to ensure we deliver a high end, durable establishments within the accurate execution time and budget.

Contracting Services provides contractual administrative oversight of design and renovation projects, deferred maintenance, and major & minor Improvement projects. Our services include the review of specifications, the development and coordination of contract documents, quality procurement, furniture supplying, execution and administration of all levels of agreements.

Our project management team will update you with monthly progress reports together with photos of the progress on the ground and financial report. We deliver a detailed document for every phase of the project along all the financial and progress reports, and installation instructions for any devices or equipment all in one handover booklet. and we guarantee our projects for a whole year after delivery.
