Hello and Goodbye!
Goodbye, 2022-2023 Board!
The 2022-2023 Board has undeniably provided an amazing service year. The talented, strong, and persistent efforts pushed forward by the previous Board will not be forgotten, and their resilience will be the blueprint for the next 2023-2024 service year. However, all good things must come to an end as the 2022-2023 Board expands their parameters from Key Club to their own individual endeavors that will make use of their already notable potential.

Hello, 2023-2024 Board!
New Board members, new opportunities! Key Club is a club comprised of remarkably talented individuals that may play as successors to the previous Board. Everyone shown below, plus the 2023-2024 Editor and Treasurer, have shown a clear demonstration of leadership and skills within their respective field and were chosen with such criteria in mind. This new Board will keep the spirit of Key Club alive and genuine, just as the previous one did.

Member of the Month
Key Club members are vital to the fundamentals of Key Club. However, every month, there is a special person that stands out.
“Key Club has impacted me a lot through the community. I value the friends I got along the way and the skills I developed as well. I originally joined to meet new people and experience Francis Lewis High School’s largest club. However, I ended up learning about communication skills and aspects of myself. My favorite event was the ‘Go Nuts for Donuts Marathon’. Despite the cold weather and early timing, I loved talking to the marathon runners and seeing their smiles.”
-Catlyn Dong
Organizations We Work With
Unicef is an organization that advocates for helping underprivelaged children in communities. They advocate for children’s education and food resources.
Kiwanis International is a global nonprofit organization. Without Kiwanis International, Key Club wouldn’t exist, hence making it a vital part of our community.
Kiwanis International has combatted hunger, improved literacy, offered guidance, and more. They’ve helped children and individuals on a global scale.
24
Organizations We Work With Cont.
URounded is a nonprofit organization that provides under resourced children with quality education. They do this through free tutoring services, workshops, curricula, and database. URounded provides many with network connections and skills to use in the real world.

Editor’s Note
My first newsletter of my term! So excited. I spent so much time and hard work on this newsletter, but it was all worth it. Still trying to see what I can do with the program I’m using, so expect to see some very minor differences between newsletters! Just wanted to thank Joseph and the old board for choosing me as the editor for this term. Also wanted to thank Fiona for always helping me out and Christopher for saying I had leadership skills at the first Key Club event I ever attended.
Thank you so much for reading!
