LARRY PUCKETT
Larry Puckett, a native Texan, has a rich background in the construction industry, starting in plumbing and transitioning to drywall in 1981. Since joining Trimbuilt in 1988, he has ascended to the role of President, with a career path that includes Superintendent, Senior Estimator, and Project Manager.
Passionate about mentoring, Larry teaches classes in plan reading, estimating, and project management to prepare the next generation of construction professionals. He resides in Georgetown, TX, with his wife and two dogs, enjoying gardening and outdoor activities. Larry is dedicated to guiding college students at career fairs, ensuring they excel as future superintendents, estimators, and project managers in Texas.

Our site Superintendent works daily with our trade partners to ensure our safety culture extends to them. Holding daily and weekly safety talks places the focus on keeping a clean work environment and reduces the risk of any unsafe conditions on our project sites. Trimbuilt prides itself on maintaining an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) well below the industry standard.

In collaboration with Integral Care, we embarked on a transformative project to convert a 73,892 square foot building into a state-of-the-art clinic serving over 5,000 individuals in Travis County. Through our expertise in planning, design, and construction, we crafted a healing environment that embodies the values of whole person support.

The cutting-edge facility offers integrated healthcare services, counseling, wellness programs, an onsite pharmacy, and community referrals, all designed to nurture the mind and body. Together with Integral Care, we redefine healthcare delivery, setting a new standard for excellence and compassion in the community.

The conversion of a former Walgreens into a clothing resale shop for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is a purposeful project with a significant impact. AHF, a leading provider of HIV/AIDS care worldwide, benefits from all proceeds generated by the shop, supporting crucial services such as free testing and medical assistance.

The remodel creates a welcoming space where visitors can shop for clothing and access information on HIV/AIDS care, fostering community engagement and support for the cause. This initiative combines sustainability, philanthropy, and community involvement to provide a transformative shopping experience that benefits both patrons and the foundation.
