In a comprehensive renovation project spanning a multi-building campus, meticulous planning was essential to maintain critical services while systematically exposing limited sections at a time for upgrades. To facilitate this process, occupants were relocated from each building one area at a time, allowing for the removal of interior finishes to access and replace piping and equipment.

Following the completion of the necessary upgrades, the interiors were carefully restored with either reinstalled or brand-new finishes tailored to each area. This iterative approach ensured minimal disruption to occupants while enabling the successful execution of the renovation across the entire campus.

The VT Industries project exemplifies a remarkable transformation. With a full MEP upgrade to support advanced machinery, including CMC machines and laser cutters, alongside the addition of a water jet machine and a 20-ton crane, the project significantly enhanced operational capabilities.

The inclusion of 4,000 square feet of office space and a spacious 46,000 square feet of warehouse further underscores the project’s scale and impact, creating a dynamic and efficient workspace.
