RE: RFP - 4C HEADSTART TEMPLE
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is our pleasure to submit this RFP response for your upcoming 4C Head Start building in Temple, Texas. We are particularly excited about this project as it aligns perfectly with our expertise in commercial construction and extensive experience working with local municipalities.
The proposed Trimbuilt team has successfully completed numerous fastpaced projects in Central Texas over the past 40 years. We prioritize early collaboration with owners, architects, and design teams to ensure the project’s success. By fostering a team-oriented approach, we work to support both the project goals and the budget. Our team actively engages with engineers, architects, and owners to identify alternative solutions and verify proposed components, helping to minimize schedule impacts and control costs.
Early in the construction process, we will identify long-lead items and assist in preparing early procurement packages to maintain project timelines. We fully understand that 4C Head Start has specific commitments and deadlines to meet, and with our team, you can trust that those deadlines will be achieved.
Thank you for the opportunity to be considered for this meaningful project.

This fire station was a partially pre-engineered structure with a slab-on-grade foundation. The exterior is a mix of stucco and masonry stone, all covered by a standing seam metal roof. In the living quarters, there’s a commercial kitchen and state-of-the-art accommodations for the fire fighters. Next to the apparatus bays, the mezzanine hosts a training facility. The firefighters who moved in have stated several times how happy they are with this new station and its functionality.

The Bush Tree project was a turn-key development of a 2-acre commercial lot in Pflugerville, Texas. It included demolition, excavation, site preparation, and construction of a 12,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse facility. The Pre-Engineered Metal Building, constructed on a 6” slab with spread footings and grade beams, received a 20-year weather-tightness warranty. The project also featured new wet and dry utilities, a 16,000 sq. ft. asphalt parking lot, concrete sidewalks, and fire lanes. To complete the site, 20,000 sq. ft. of irrigated landscaping was put in place.

The Cedar Park Field Operations project added two Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) structures to existing facilities, combining office space and truck bays. A key focus was seamlessly blending the additions with the original buildings through custom grout matching and closely matched exterior brick finishes. This design ensured a cohesive look while maximizing utility and operational efficiency. By integrating office and logistics spaces, the project enhanced functionality and streamlined transitions between tasks. The result reflects a commitment to meeting client expectations and improving overall facility operations.
