' As someone deeply passionate about holistic wellness, this particular episode, where Zac explored a Blue Zone in Sardinia, Italy, was all I could talk about for months! If you know me, you know I'm obsessed with all things holistic wellness. As a master herbalist, I follow an Ayurvedic routine most of the time, though I'm not perfect, and I have my moments of falling off the wagon
As I began to learn more about the Blue Zones and their secrets to longevity and well-being, my enthusiasm grew The more I learned, the more I wanted to share this knowledge with anyone who would listen So, I knew that I had to write about and share what the study concluded about the commonalities shared by all the Blue Zones.
