Targeted Instruction

RCES is first radKIDs school in Utah Although we have had radKIDS in our schools for many years, Red Cliffs is using the 3 principles of radKIDS school wide to change the culture and climate of the school. These principles are life skills that are used everywhere and at anytime. The 3 guiding principles are: 1) No one has the right to hurt me, No One, because I am special, 2) I don't have the right to hurt anyone else, including myself, unless someone is hurting me and then I have a right to STOP them, and 3) If anyone tries to hurt me, trick me, or make me feel bad inside, it's not my fault so I can tell. As adults we cannot

Why Micro-credentials?

Teachers in Juab School District are encouraged to earn micro-credentials to demonstrate and celebrate their professional learning and growth. Each micro-credential includes research that explains the WHY behind the credential.

Teachers are able to learn about the skill and then submit artifacts to represent their learning and implementation.

We support micro-credentials because they are: • Personalized and self-directed
