When One Door Closes, Another Slides Open!
I have a really fun Jerrol’s Crea ves story for you this month! Our lovely Amy recently became a first me homeowner and decided she needed more storage space in her bathroom. It occurred to her that if she didn’t have a door that opened into the bathroom, that would free up a lot of space.
She also had a really cool handmade mosaic mirror that she wanted to display somewhere in her home and that’s when the idea hit her! She could make a sliding barn door with the mirror a ached to the front.

She did what we all do when we get a li le in over our heads, project-wise! She sent out the bat signal and our very own Corrie and Crystal came to her rescue!
They helped her paint a faux mosaic pa ern on a large board that would become the sliding door. Then, they helped her mount the mosaic mirror onto the board.
Now she has an adorable, custom sliding door for her bathroom and way more storage space! And there’s nothing that we at Jerrol’s love more than a group project, so everyone wins!
Incidentally, Corrie helped me paint a rainbow mural on my daughter’s bedroom wall. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Any K-12 student that lives or goes to school in Kittitas county and could use help with their fall school supplies can register at Student.Jerrols.com to receive them for free. If you are interested in helping to provide the supplies you can go to the same site and sign up to Adopt the supplies of students. Last year with your help over 250 students received a bag of supplies, this year we have set a goal of 500!

Waldo Necklace
Remember ge ng lost in the pages of a Where's Waldo book? I spent many hours as a kid and with my own kids looking for Waldo.
Here's how to make a Where's Waldo Necklace so you'll never lose him again.
Supplies: Shrink film
Where's Waldo coloring page (at Jerrol's)
Sharpies
Scissors
Hole punch
Ribbon
Oven
1. Trace your coloring page with a sharpie on your shrink film.
2. Color your shrink film in with sharpies. Cut it to the shape you want.
3. Punch a hole in the top, make sure to do this before baking it.
4. Follow direc ons on packaging and bake your shrink film.
5. Once cool, put your ribbon through the hole to make your necklace!
6. You can also use these as charms to hide around the house and make your own Where's Waldo game. Enjoy.

Where’s Waldo? In Ellensburg of course! For the month of July, Jerrol’s has invited Waldo to visit many of your favorite local businesses in downtown Ellensburg. Star ng July 1st you can use the stampcard as a guide to start seeking Waldo out in 19 different loca ons! Download The stampcard at waldo.jerrols.com to print at home, or pick one up at Jerrol's.
