Gra tude seems so simple from this defini on. Yet so powerful and for me, not at all easy. I have a problem with slowing down, I have a problem with constantly wan ng to make things be er, never sa sfied with anything. The desire to improve is a really good thing, but it can get in the way of being grateful, of being happy & present in the moment.

Now that Halloween is over, it's Christmas me, right??? Just kidding, we s ll have some me to chill before the holidays are here, so let's make some paper trees.
Here's what you'll need:
A book or
2 magazines that are the same size
Toothpick
Tape
Cardstock
Lots of me for folding
1. If you're using a book, rip off the cover so all that's le are pages. If you're using magazines you can leave the covers on.
2. Fold top right corner of the page in along the spine. Next fold it into the spine again. (Kind of like a paper airplane) This will leave a tree shape with a li le tail coming out the bo om. Then fold the tail up to make it disappear into the tree shape.
3. Good job! Now... do that 150 more mes, or un l you run out of pages. (Each magazine makes up half the tree and a book makes a whole tree)
4. If you used a book your tree is done, but if you used magazines you need to tape the two halves together.
5. Cut out a star using card stock. Tape a toothpick to one of the ps and s ck it into the top of your tree!
