ARMOURDALE ART HUB & GARDENS | ARMOURDALE, KS The Armourdale Art Hub & Gardens is located at the corner of Osage Ave and S 8th St. in the Armourale neighborhood in Kansas City, KS. Armourdale is a neighborhood with a strong Hispanic/Latino presence, dating back to as early as the 1830s. Armourdale resembles a strong and enduring spirit as its people have survived continuous hardships, including a series of floods in 1903 and 1951.
