QC/DC
SWIVELS
The JLA QC/DC is a class a part, with a robust design, an evenly distributed pressure and available in manual or hydraulic versions this is the QC/DC you want for your Loading Arms. All JLA Loading Arms come standard with the JLA QC/DC.
Our swivel joints are helium tight and have a nice slick 3-piece design. With a vacuum block packing the swivel is fully vacuum and can handle temperatures from -50 to +100 degrees celsius. All JLA Loading Arms come standard with JLA swivels a perfect combination.
CONTROL UNIT
ERS
Our JLA Controller is applicable in explosive atmospheres (ATEX ZONE 1). Connection to Terminal operating systems and completing integration of all loading equipment is possible. The JLA Controller is suitable for both electrical and hydraulic systems.
The JLA Emergency Release Coupler is tested at conditions far below zero, with pressures up to 80 BAR, endurance tests were performed up to 50 BAR. Under all conditions our emergency release coupler is designed to keep control and comes standard with a mechanical lock and has both hydraulic and electrical security to keep safe.

If multiple products that need to be loaded / unloaded, a hose tower is a good alternative to the traditional marine loading arm. The latest generation of 'Multi Purpose' tankers and new logistic hoses, combined with the large variety of products to be pumped, require an innovative way to handle these products in as short a time as possible. Our Hose towers are based on the operational requirements of our client. Therefore, they are designed for each specific appliance. The most important benefit of a hose tower is its shorter docking time.

HOSE REELS
The hose reel was introduced to provide a vapor return connection on scaffolds. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric powered hosereels are also available. The hose reels allow tube wrapping from 2 to 8 metric inches (from 1.97’’ to 7.87’’), with lengths of over 30 meters (32.81 yards). The latest developments in the regulation field and specific client requirements have ensured a great variety in possible configurations. As an industry leader, we combine our expertise with the latest technological developments in order to design and build the best loading/unloading systems, thereby optimally meeting the expectations of our clients. MULTI PRODUCT TRANSPORT
JUMPER ARMS If you have a need for efficient and flexible multi-product transport through a single pipeline without contamination, Jumper Arms with a piggable system provide an optimal solution. In principle, pigging is used to clean a pipe system after transporting a product. After this cleaning, the pipe can be used again for another product. With a closed system it is possible to make alternating connections between different devices in an integrated production process. Piggable pipe systems can be delivered in both open as closed versions.
