Founded in 1954
J. de Jonge Konstruktie & Pijpleidingen was founded in 1954 by the ambitious Jan de Jonge, Sr. The core activities of this fledgling company included construction and piping for small projects in the Rotterdam harbor. Today, the expertise of Construction & Piping is centered around the construction of mechanically engineered structures, skids, special products, equipment and piggable piping systems. One of the distinguishing features of this department is its ability to quickly respond to urgent (stop-gap) situations.
In 1954 werd J. de Jonge Konstruktie & Pijpleidingen opgericht door de ambitieuze Jan de Jonge Sr. Kernactiviteiten van dit beginnende bedrijf waren constructiewerk en leidingbouw ten behoeve van kleinschalige projecten in de Rotterdamse haven. Tegenwoordig ligt de expertise van Construction & Piping bij het maken van werktuigbouwkundige constructies, skids, speciale producten, installaties en piggable leidingsystemen. Één van de onderscheidende kenmerken van de afdeling is het vermogen om snel in te springen op spoed(stop) werk.
1954 wurde J. de Jonge Konstruktie & Pijpleidingen durch den ambitiösen Jan de Jonge Sr. gegründet. Kernaktivitäten dieses jungen Betriebes waren Konstruktionsarbeiten sowie der Rohrleitungsbau im Hafen von Rotterdam. Heutzutage liegt der Schwerpunkt des Rohrleitungsbaus in der Herstellung von Maschinentechnik (Konstruktion), Skids, Spezialprodukten, Installationen und molchbaren Rohrleitungssystemen. Ein markantes Kennzeichen dieser Abteilung ist die Fähigkeit, bei Eilaufträgen sofort zu reagieren und einzuspringen.

We specialize in the manufacturing of mechanical constructions and the construction of piping systems. We handle our assignments within the agreed delivery time and within all quality requirements. Of course all other necessities as occupational health, environment, and safety requirements hold a first priority in all our operations. Besides daily on-site maintenance, we also provide new construction and renovation of charging stations, pump platforms, tank pits, etc. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in het vervaardigen van werktuigbouwkundige constructies en de aanleg van leidingsystemen. Wij handelen onze opdrachten af binnen de afgesproken levertijd en met de vereiste kwaliteit. Uiteraard staan hierbij de eisen ten aanzien van arbo, milieu en veiligheid voorop. Naast on-site dagelijks onderhoud voeren wij ook nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten uit van bijvoorbeeld laadstations, pompplateaus, tankputten etc.

The MG CNC plasma / oxy-fuel cutting machine is a double driven portal machine, combining and automating different cutting technologies, including plasma and oxy-fuel cutting. We have a comprehensive parameter database available, allowing for fully automated storage and configuration of all information for the cutting of various materials. The machine is supplemented with the ability of pipe and tube cutting, marking, and/or welding joints. Tenemos disponible una completa base de datos de parámetros, que permite el almacenamiento automatizado y configuración de toda la información para el corte de los diversos materiales. Esta máquina cuenta adicionalmente con capacidad para cortar ductos y tuberías, marcado y efectuar juntas de soldadura. A máquina de corte MG CNC a plasma/ oxicorte é uma máquina portal de eixo duplo, combinando e automatizando diversas tecnologias de corte, inclusive plasma e oxicorte. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk geweest voor de engineering van de terminal en al haar onderdelen, levering en montage van het leidingwerk, het aanleggen van een Truck Verladingsstation, levering en montage van 3 nieuw te bouwen flow towers, de bouw van 9 nieuwe opslagtanks en de aanleg van het E&I deel. In juli 2010 werd dit EPC project gestart middels de pre-fabricage werkzaamheden in onze werkplaatsen. In augustus 2011 waren de werkzaamheden on-site afgerond. In totaal zijn er 26.000 manuren verzet zijn. Dit komt neer op ongeveer 15,5 manjaren. Er zijn circa 8 kilometer pijpleiding en 3000 pijpfittingen verwerkt met een gemiddelde diameter van 6". Tevens zijn er 1100 stuks aan appendages gemonteerd. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk geweest voor de engineering van de terminal en al haar onderdelen, levering en montage van het leidingwerk, het aanleggen van een Truck Verladingsstation, levering en montage van 3 nieuw te bouwen flow towers, de bouw van 9 nieuwe opslagtanks en de aanleg van het E&I deel. In juli 2010 werd dit EPC project gestart middels de pre-fabricage werkzaamheden in onze werkplaatsen. In augustus 2011 waren de werkzaamheden on-site afgerond. In totaal zijn er 26.000 manuren verzet zijn. Dit komt neer op ongeveer 15,5 manjaren. Er zijn circa 8 kilometer pijpleiding en 3000 pijpfittingen verwerkt met een gemiddelde diameter van 6". Tevens zijn er 1100 stuks aan appendages gemonteerd. C

Unsere Ingenieure waren verantwortlich für die Entwicklung des Terminals mitsamt allen Einzelbereichen, Lieferung und Montage der Leitungsanlagen, Anlage einer Truck-Verladestation, Lieferung und Montage von 3 neu hergestellten Schlauchtürmen, dem Bau von 9 neuen Speichertanks und die Anlage des E&I-Bereiches. Im Juli 2010 begannen wir in unserem Unternehmen mit der Vorbereitung des EPC-Projekts und bereits im August 2011 waren sämtliche Arbeiten dieses Projektes abgeschlossen. Zusammen kamen wir auf 26.000 Personenstunden, das sind ca. 15,5 Personenjahre. Es wurden ca. 8 km Rohrleitungen verlegt und 3.000 Rohrfassungen mit einem durchschnittlichen Durchmesser von 6” verarbeitet sowie 1.100 Armaturen montiert.

Hemos sido responsables de la ingeniería de la terminal y todos su componentes, suministro e instalación de la tubería, la construcción de una Terminal de carga para camiones, el suministro e instalación de tres torres para mangueras, construcción de 9 tanques de almacenamiento, y la construcción de componente de servicio cooperativo educativo e institucional (E&I). Este proyecto EPC inició en julio de 2010 con los procesos de prefabricación en nuestros talleres. El trabajo en sitio concluyó en agosto de 2011. En total, se ejecutaron 26.000 horas hombre de trabajo. Esto equivale a 15.5 años hombre. Se instalaron aproximadamente 8 kilómetros de tubería y se procesaron 3000 accesorios de tubería, con un diámetro promedio de 6 pulgadas métricas. Se montaron apéndices en 1.100 unidades. Fomos responsáveis pelo projeto de produtos terminais bem como todas as respectivas peças, fornecimento e instalação de tubulações, construção de estação de carga de caminhões, fornecimento e instalação de 3 novas torres de vazão a serem construídas em breve, construção de 9 novos tanques de estocagem e construção da E&I part. em Julho de 2010, esse projeto EPC teve início através das atividades de pré-fabricação em nossas oficinas. Em Agosto de 2010, o trabalho no local já estava completo. O tempo de trabalho dedicado ao projeto totalizou aproximadamente 26.000 homens/hora (equivalente a 15,5 homens/ano). Aproximadamente 8 quilômetros (4,97 milhas) de tubulação e 3000 encaixes processados com uma média de 14cm (5,51 in) de diâmetro foram instalados. Apêndices adicionais foram montados em 1.100 unidades.

J. de Jonge flowsystems has completely overhauled the mechanical installation of the Gryphon FPSO. This FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage, Offloading) is a converted supertanker which directly connects oil and gas resources to the seabed via pipeline. The ship, the Gryphon A, is over 250 meters (273.40 yards) long. The installation process includes multiple systems, each of which needed to be overhauled. J. de Jonge flowsystems was chosen because of the long experience that the company has in petrochemicals, and by choosing J. de Jonge flowsystems as an overhaul partner, they chose a partner with multidisciplinary maintenance techniques, supported by an engineering department that can outsource itself. The total overhaul scope includes more than 60,000 man hours.

J. de Jonge flowsystems heeft de volledige mechanische installatie op de FPSO GRYPHON gereviseerd. Deze FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage, en Offloading) is een omgebouwde Supertanker welke via pijpleidingen direct aan olie en gas bronnen op de zeebodem aangesloten is. Het schip, the GRYPHON A, is meer dan 250 meter lang. De proces installatie bestaat uit meerdere systemen die stuk voor stuk overhaald moesten worden. J. de Jonge Flowsystems hat sämtliche mechanische Anlagen auf der FPSO GRYPHON geprüft. Die FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage, Offloading) ist ein umgebauter Supertanker, dessen Rohrleitungen direkt an die Öl- und Gasquellen auf dem Meeresboden angeschlossen sind. Das Schiff, GRYPHON A, ist mehr als 250 m lang. Die Anlagen bestehen aus mehreren Systemen, die Stück für Stück gewartet werden mussten. J. de Jonge flowsystems bekam aufgrund ihrer jahrelangen Erfahrung in der Petrochemie den Auftrag und die Wahl für J. de Jonge flowsystems als Revisionspartner, war eine Entscheidung für multidisziplinäre Wartungstechnik, unterstützt durch eine Ingenieursabteilung, die alles aus einer Hand anbietet. Die komplette Revision umfasste mehr als 60.000 Personenstunden. J. de Jongeflowsystems ha reacondicionado por completo las instalaciones mecánicas de Gryphon FPSO. Este FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage,Offloading) es un superpetrolero modificado que conecta directamente el petróleo y el gas al fondo del mar por medio de un oleoducto. El barco, Gryphon A, tiene 250 metros de longitud. El proceso en la instalación incluye múltiples sistemas, cada uno de los cuales necesitó reacondicionamiento. J. de Jongeflowsystems fue seleccionado debido a la trayectoria de la compañía en la industria petroquímica, y al seleccionar a J. de Jongeflowsystems como socios para el reacondicionamiento, seleccionaron un socio con técnicas de mantenimiento multidisciplinarias, soportadas en un departamento de ingeniería que se puede tercerizar a sí mismo. A J. de Jonge flowsystems foi escolhida devido a sua vasta experiência com a Indústria petroquímica. Ao escolher a J. de Jonge flowsystems para parceria em revisão, foi escolhida uma parceria com técnicas de manutenção multidisciplinares, com auxílio de um departamento de engenharia autosuficiente. Na revisão foram utilizadas, em média, 60.000 homens/hora.
