ILP Duy IVP Katie and additional members at Nha Hang En Tea House. •Discussed the chapter organization and future plans for 2017. •Clarified the role of JCI APDC: that it serves the target countries and is not a management team. •Agreed to provide JCI training to the chapter as IBOD is new and not familiar with JCI yet. •Discussed how to promote better communication with NOM and LOMs 11/26/2016 19:00 23:00 •Attended the wedding of Past JCI APDC 2009 Councilor Roger Wong and JCI Central Saigon President. •Met with JCI Vietnam NP, IPP, 2012 & 2014 Presidents, and NVP Binh Tran. Discussed JCI Vietnam status for elections and upcoming trainings. •NP Viet mentioned that they are in the process of establishing a new chapter. Location TBA. •Agreed to consolidate training for all chapters so that the country is trained at the same time. •Agreed closer cooperation between NOM, LOMs and APDC. 11/27/2017 16:00 22:00 •Met with JCI Vietnam NVP Binh Tran to discuss upcoming plans for 2017. •Binh Tran is most likely to become NP 2017. •Discussed communication issues between NOM and LOMs. He agreed to improve this in 2017. •Discussed NBOD, LBOD and key members training in JCI Admin, Achieve and Impact. •Discussed future involvement of APDC in Vietnam and agreed for APDC to provide more training and also assist with consulting to incoming BODs (For the definition of Community Impact, Motivate, Invest, Collaborate & Connect, please refer to the 2014 – 2018 JCI Strategic Plan)
