2 Achievements/Impact of Mission 2-1 Community Impact: promotion and encouragement of the positive approach and mindset among young businesses and students 2-2 Motivate: Members were able to learn from the successful businesses and startups and understand the importance of innovation. 2-3 Invest: Members want to be trained more. JCI Vietnam have successfully established the second chapter in Hanoi and will now strengthen the activities of this new chapter. In order to build the business and entrepreneurial capacities of JCI members, the mission will engage with the Hanoi and Thainguyen Young Businessmen Associations by establishing communications and dialogues. 2-4 Collaborate: NOM and LOMs will communicate better and work together more 2-5 Connect: One of the topics of the Impact Talk Project focus was on promoting the JCI and successful startups and young businesses as well as the potential members. 2-6 And more for this specific country: 3 Strength of NOM

1 Community Impact: 2 Motivate: Meeting more with members of LOM to assess their needs 3 Invest: More training in JCI Admin, Achieve and Impact. Follow up training in effective communications and networking 4 Collaborate: Foster closer ties with NOM, LOMs and APDC 5 Connect: Begin introducing JCI Vietnam LOMs to international partners. 6 And more for this specific country: We must continue to work closely with NOM and LOMs to continually ensure that they are on the right track as they grow as an organization.
Remarks
JCI Vietnam has increased its membership base by double count and the quality of the projects is improving. There are number of trainings organized. APDC team is confident that the JCI Vietnam can contribute to the community development of the Vietnam in the future. It has a potential to cooperate with the other NGOs and youth organizations in Vietnam. The Vietnam young people have development opportunities to bring social well-being through JCI Vietnam.

2 Achievements/Impact of Mission 2-1 Community Impact: Peace is Possible campaign was promoted extensively in the media and there is now a framework for incorporating the campaign into all future JCI Vietnam projects. 2-2 Motivate: Members were able to better understand the JCI career pathways open to them and the benefits of membership in JCI. 2-3 Invest: JCI Vietnam was able to gain publicity during the networking event and has a solid foundation to recruit new members from a new source. 2-4 Collaborate: JCI Vietnam has new organizations to collaborate with as a result of networking. 2-5 Connect: JCI Vietnam featured heavily in the press as a result of the Peace is Possible Campaign launch and networking event. 2-6 And more for this specific country: 3 Strength of NOM

Ongoing or Potential Problem/Hurdles of NOM
NOM NBOD is still relatively inexperienced. Will need continued guidance from JCI Vietnam advisors and ADPC. NOM Constitution needs to be updated to reflect more equitable power sharing between the chapters.
Suggestions for Next Step Actions
1 Community Impact: Continue promoting Peace is Possible and UN
SDGs as they have relevant impact in Vietnam. 2 Motivate: Continue to show support to JCI Vietnam LOM projects so they can see the international community is cheering for them 3 Invest: JCI Vietnam requires training regarding awards submission.
They would like to be recognized for their efforts. 4 Collaborate: Foster closer ties with APDC. Old impression was that
APDC is a management team which it is not. This perception needs to be changed. 5 Connect: Help to promote JCI Vietnam as a potential International event venue. 6 And more for this specific country: We must continue to work closely with NOM and LOMs to continually ensure that they are on the right track as they grow as an organization.
