MY BACKGROUND

BUSINESS ETHICS AND VALUES In business, my father advised me to never sign on to anything on which I do not agree. I respectfully declined his invitation to join him at his firm as accounting was not my passion. Human Resources and People-related business was a profession I gravitated towards. My goal has always been to develop deep and meaningful relationships and to help people discover what they are created for. I want to live an authentic life and live with congruency. This means that I act in direct accordance with my dreams, desires, beliefs, values, mission, and goals. I do not let the thoughts of others affect my approach to the world. This is because I recognized that when I am congruent, amazing things happen: 1. My confidence goes through the roof; 2. My energy and desire to make a difference increase dramatically; 3. I feel at peace that I am going about life with the right intention; 4. Decisions become easy to make; 5. Things start to fall into place.
