DEAR CHAMPIONS! YOU ARE ENOUGH! So, stop apologizing for being you! If your actions or words have not harmed anyone, why are you apologizing? Others don’t know your story or where you’ve come from. They don’t need to change you and you don’t need to change for them. No one will ever really change until they want to or until they are ready to. So do not apologize for who you are. You have been put on this earth to walk on solid ground, not on eggshells. Your story is your strength. Be proud of who you are and be yourself, unapologetically. Don’t hesitate. Don’t fumble your words. Don’t hold back. Your words do not have to be perfection—they need only say what you want. Sometimes silence can hurt just as much as words spoken. Get through the quiet and the sound. Live your life and don’t stop trying until both words and silence feel like a breath of fresh air. Remember, you were “fearfully and wonderfully made” Ps. 139:14. So, go and celebrate you! Stay focused! Stay brilliant.

HRH PRINCESS HARA Legacy is more than just money; it is what people think, feel, and remember when they hear or say your name. Legacy is one of the most difficult and important issues we all face, because it deals with our existence and answers three critical questions: Who, exactly, am I? What am I doing here? Is it possible that I made a difference?

“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children,” (Proverbs 13:22). The Bible clearly teaches us to leave an inheritance for future generations. My grandfather left me a legacy of character, as well as wonderful memories. Sure, a significant portion of that inheritance is a love legacy—the memories I have of my father are priceless to me. They’ve played an important role in shaping the woman I’ve become, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything in the world! This reminds me of an old story about the numbers on a headstone that motivational speakers used to tell. It’s something I’ve heard my entire life. They’d say things like, “When we die, our headstone will have two numbers on it: the year we were born and the year we died. A small dash separates those numbers. You don’t get to choose which of those numbers to use, but you do get to choose what to do with the dash.”

Your life is represented by the dash. That little dash on your headstone represents everything you’ve ever done or will do. And every great speaker asks, “What are you going to do with your dash?” At this point, I’d like to broaden the scope of legacy-building a little. Your dash isn’t going to be your legacy. What happens in your children’s dashes and in your children’s children’s dashes is your true legacy. That is the inheritance mentioned in Proverbs 13:22—the impact you have not only on your own life, but also on the lives of those who come after you.

7 | Mar - Apr 2022

You can choose what kind of legacy you want to leave today. Make it a memorable one.

www.IPResilienceGlobal.com

The good news is that you can choose your dash today, and if you make any mistakes, you can correct them. Even if you believe you’ve hit a brick wall in your life, guess what? Your children have a fresh start. Your errors do not have to be passed on to them. Your legacy could be preparing your children to be the first generation to be debt-free, or to be free of the emotional baggage of several generations, or to be free of whatever you believe has gotten in

your way. You have the opportunity today to put an end to wrong beliefs and wrong behaviors that may have derailed previous generations in your family. You have the option of doing things differently and ensuring that future generations do things even better. “All things are possible through Christ who strengthens [you],” says the Bible (Philippians 4:13).

Relationship Coach

OLGA VALDEPENA

www.IPResilienceGlobal.com

I was born in Mexico and moved to California with my parents when I was three months old. Although my parents raised me with love and affection, they had their unique ways of expressing their love for me. A lot of which was different from the regular warmth experienced by hugs and parental affection that some are blessed to experience. Although my early childhood was a struggle for me, I had to come to terms with the constant neglect that caused

my loneliness. My feelings of being let down, neglected, not valued, fear of not being loved and anxiety were my companions in my days of isolation. At the age of 13, I decided to become a bit adventurous and embarked on my journey of selling flower bouquets with my sister. The thought came to my mind with the intention of making an extra buck for my own pocket money to feel a sense of independence and self worth. This worked well to inspire us with profits and connections that would expand my horizons of possibilities. We would sell bouquets on the street junctions near the gas stations and convenience stores and, on special occasions like Mother’s Day, we would make a few hundred dollars. That by itself became our biggest accomplishments, however I soon came to realize that a limited vision was something that I had to overcome quickly. At 14 I was introduced to my first feelings of affection from another person that really made me open my mind to what love really is. Although our relationship lasted for a few months, it was the experiences and growth

that I would gain from it that would eventually lead me to find the love of my life. At the age of 15, I was introduced to my savior, Jesus Christ by my older brother. This was the biggest life changing experience for me to realize the love from the universe through the words of the Holy Bible. Because of my commitment to Christ In school, I participated choir Mar - Apr 2022 | 8

singing and chose to learn sewing and Spanish as additional subjects. At the age of 16, I got my first job at Baskin Robbins, for which, I had to take a special permit from school to work with them. By this time, I was already experienced in teamwork and people management skills. After learning dentistry, I only believed in sex with marriage and committed relationship for life which led me at the age of 16 to meet another man who I truly loved, committed to, and married. He bore me my first son when I was at the tender age of 18. This new change inspired me to get a job that would support my family in the field of dentistry. I took up a job as a registered dental assistant, in which I worked for nearly 12 years. My children became my one and only focus as I struggled with constant emotional, physical, and trauma that caused me to become very tunnel vision in what I was trying to accomplish. All my life, I went through several struggles at every stage. I faced several challenges that life threw at me, especially in my relationships. Through these challenges, I learnt how to be resilient, calm and patient. Twenty-five years of my holding on to my painful relationship taught me how to stay faithful and true until I gave myself a second chance at life. In 2017, I ventured into entrepreneurship again, this time with beauty products and today, I am a relationship coach. In order to really get into the industry in June of 2017, I was asked to take a pic for my profile. I reluctantly agreed. When I looked at my selfie, the picture that I saw was unpleasant that triggered a flurry of questions. Is this really me? Am I alive?

IP RESILENCE GLOBAL MAGAZINE

www.IPResilienceGlobal.com

Am I going to continue to be miserable? Do I want to continue living like this? Is this a life that I want to live? When I walk out of my relationship, will I be sinning? This is when I realized that it’s time for me to wake up to a new lease of life by facing my deepest challenges. This picture was an eye opener for me after spending nearly 25 years of my life going through pain and misery only for the well-being of my family. This

was the turning point for me as I turned to God and realized how much he loves me. That is when I realized that there are plenty of women like me out there who need help and I formulated a plan. I am going to empower women in learning to be their true self and love from within to get fulfilling love from the outside. I have always maintained a high sense of integrity, transparency, respect,

and dedication towards my work, irrespective if I am an entrepreneur or an employee. I have discovered my inner self to be a calm, kind, and warm free spirit that is overflowing with love and gratitude. It is with this attitude of gratitude from my heart that I would like to give people around me via my coaching services. Coaching is a process that needs time to nurture and manifest. Starting my own venture after working for nearly twenty years (primarily as a registered dental assistant), I started working on really diving within by writing and publishing my own book on Amazon Kindle titled, “Adventurous Spirit Seeking Eternal Truth”. This entire book is based on my experiences and understanding of life and how we must find the eternal truth within us to gain the fulfillment that we want in life. My goal is to help people reignite the focus of their passions and help energic healing for their relationships. One of the therapies in life is healing through nature which I experience myself and show people how to feel the oneness within the universe. One of most fulfilling experiences I had was with a couple I had worked with. They had disconnected from each other on a spiritual and physical aspect. I was able to reignite and put some more wood into their fire to cause their relationship to get the fruit that they deserve. Mar - Apr 2022 | 10

I am Nasreen Adam, 44-year old mother to 19-year old son Ishtiyaaq and 3-year old fur-baby Rocky, hailing from Durban, South Africa. My dream was to one day become an Olympic gold medalist for Athletics, but as fate would have it, at the age of 11, that wasn’t meant to be, due to an injury on my right knee that would have resulted in an amputation of my right leg. Fast forward a few years, I’ve worked in Information Technology, I then became a Chef and thereafter went on to work in the Healthcare industry. In August 2013, I was diagnosed with lupus with multiple organ involvement and overlapping connective tissue diseases. I have 17 diagnosed illnesses, plus different allergies to medications, etc. I’ve been for various operations and procedures, plus recovered from 5 other illnesses. My passion now lies in providing support to those suffering in silence from invisible illnesses, raising awareness on invisible illnesses, feeding feral and stray cats, finding homes for some of these fur-babies and also burying the deceased cats. My future goals are to become a Life Coach to invisible illness patients and to establish catuaries in the major cities around the country and work on a bill to present to Parliament for harsher punishment for cruelty to animals.

can't afford to buy food for them,we have been evicted severally from our Home due to huge rent debts sending us into the streets with the poor children. We thank God for the support we have been getting from friends and well wishers lately as it has really helped us get back on our feet especially with our Gofundme fundraiser. I have always had this big dream in me for many years to help in making a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children across the globe, myself having gone through painful hardships in my childhood, I have always told myself I would not allow the same experiences that happened to me, happen to other children.

We are currently looking for like-minded people whom we can work together on this noble project, our goals this year are to build a permanent Home for the children, start businesses for purposes of the charity project sustainability and spreading our wings across Africa so as to support many disadvantaged children who are in dire need of support. Anyone can reach us through our Facebook page or e-mail: www.facebook.com/ndoto2020 bigdreamsforafrica@gmail.com.

I have necessary plans in place for building a Home and a school for the children so we could avoid paying rents every month but funding has always been a challenge. Currently running the project personally has proven to be hard because getting funding personally is very hard and mostly it is funds from my pocket and some friends that enable me to support the children,it has been a challenge but I am not giving up,the future looks bright for our noble project

and we are calling upon people of good will to join us on this noble journey.

I have held several separate exhibitions in Russia, Norway, France and Italy. My works have roots in Russian and Norwegian traditions. The pictures are classic in their form, inspired by icon paintings and early renaissance, but also by our contemporaries. Royal artist Lady ZOJA SPERSTAD, Countess Kula, of Serbia. For special services to the imperial and royal courts, in their own right, to their legitimate questions, men and women. 23.10.2021 His Imperial and Royal Highness Stefan His Imperial and Royal Highness Stefan The Prince of Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia. The Norwegian painter Zoja Sperstad takes up the theme of the portrait in its most traditional sense, immortalizing the contemporary noble personalities in all their royalty and elegance but also revealing their true colors, the most emotional ones that by virtue of the eye and the descriptive ability of the artist are also revealed to the observer. Her style is Expressionist, due to the use of the often unreal chromatic range and linked more to the personality and the typical characteristics of the character she portrays, than to the palaces and gardens in which she places her protagonists; but she also has the characteristics of Magic Realism due to the tendency to narrate her subjects as if they were suspended, surrounded by a dreamy atmosphere, immersed in the surrounding nature that perfectly matches their mood, serene and enchanted. She immortalizes the nobles who revolve around Villa Cesarina in the locality of Valganna that she periodically frequents, owned by the Duke of Valganna but open to events in which art and culture are

protagonists; the enchanted setting in which the palace is located acts as a co-star in many of the works in which the elegant but multifaceted personalities of the women and men who belong to the family or who revolve around it emerge, allowing Zoja Sperstad to let their expressive peculiarities Mar - Apr 2022 | 14

emerge , the approach to life that each of them, in their own multifaceted individuality, demonstrates. The Violetta canvas is dedicated to the international champion of artistic gymnastics and choreographer Violetta Ballirano, represented during what she loves most, that is to harmonize her body with music, at the connection between executive precision and emotionality that distinguishes disciplines that are iron yet incredibly soft in expression. corporeal; Sperstad tells of her poetically immersed in nature in front of a glimpse of Villa Cesarina, a place that the gymnast frequents and where she often has the opportunity to perform. The perfection of her movement is narrated through her body, the concentration and joy in performing her performance are instead described by her gaze, by her expression confident and at the same time satisfied in doing what she loves. The painting Villa Cesarina is instead dedicated, according to the most classical way, to the family portrait, that immortalizing the members of a noble dynasty, who have survived the contemporary world and are able to make a contribution by opening the doors of their home to promote fashion, art , literature, music, everything that is able to elevate the spirits and to shift the attention towards something that is able to distract from everyday reality while at the same time spreading culture; in this canvas the pose of the characters told is the most traditional, almost in Rococo style due to the characteristic of depicting the characters in full awareness of being portrayed, choosing the movement or attitude most suited to what they want to express to the observer, observing direct and confidently the performer of the work as if they were in front of a photographer's lens. However, her adherence to Magical Realism pushes her to suspend the place and placement in the space surrounding the characters, to mix the scenes as if each of them brought with them their own emotional world, the place where they prefer to stay, because what really what matters is the atmosphere that surrounds the building, both outside and inside. Zoja Sperstad's love for the fairy-tale place that houses the family of the Duke of Valganna

emerges perhaps even more in the Villa Cesarina canvas in which the house becomes the absolute protagonist of the canvas, with its light and luminous shades, surrounded by a nature that cannot help but become a frame within which the artist places the Duke with his wife in their most official form, in their most solemn but also serene expression for the pleasure of being immersed in such a welcoming setting. In the work The creators of masterpieces (The creators of masterpieces) the artist abandons the noble portrait and moves to more universal atmospheres, more oriented to highlight the relationship between human being and nature through beauty, the perfection of one in correlation to the other, describing the protagonist woman as wrapped in a protective cocoon in which nudity represents the need to look within and at the same time protect a fragile, delicate interiority, which is treated by nature, understood as naturalness. Zoja Sperstad tells a suspended world, once again decontextualizing the protagonist of the canvas to place it in an ideal place, that of the soul, within which contemporary man very often wishes to hide in order to cultivate what is lost in everyday life. Zoja Sperstad has many solo exhibitions in

Norway, Russia, Italy and France, and her works have been exhibited in group exhibitions in Paris, Venice, Pesaro, Milan, Tiblisi (Georgia), Finland, Norway, Russia and collaborates continuously for the organization of art and culture events at Villa Cesarina in Valganna. She is the CEO and Founder of We got this! She has also coached others to establish their own businesses and helped them start serving clients in a safe space through her company. Ingor is also heavily involved in Heart 2 Heart business (H2Hb), a nonprofit organization with a global reach, and serves as a member of their Executive Board. She is also the Executive Director of the North American Division of the organization. She is one of the driving forces behind their pilot project which addresses Period Poverty, a terrible, but global issue. She strives to balance that and her family life (she and her husband Nathan are raising 3 daughters - Dana, Kayla and Lana - and they have extended family in various parts of the world), while still making time to network, contribute toward various projects (she is currently writing a course to help walk others through the process of establishing their own business and has a few book projects on the

She is a competent speaker and has appeared on various podcasts and shows on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including her own channel called Inspiration from Ingor through which she strives to inspire others to be the best version of themselves. She also co-hosts another live show called Live with Five that is focused on impacting positive change in the world today. I’ve always known that I wanted to positively impact the lives of others, but I never knew how! I attended university after high school, studying toward a degree in Information Technology and Industrial Sociology. Eventually, my career found me and I worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years as an Executive Assistant. I’ve felt a calling from God to entrepreneurship for the longest time, but I resisted because I was afraid to fail and had no clue where to begin; and to me, success did not include becoming an entrepreneur! Furthermore, my self-esteem is something I’ve always struggled with, inhibiting me no matter which challenge I faced. We don’t realize the massive effects of low self-esteem, but there are so many: anxiety, stress, loneliness, augmented probability of depression, complications with friendships and romantic relationships, extremely diminished academic and professional performance, increased susceptibility to substance abuse, and so much more. Born with a condition called Congenital Hip Dysplasia, I limped when I walked. It is well-known

Every day, I choose to be obedient and heed God’s voice in all I do, taking one step out of my comfort zone at a time. I know He is aligning me to make not just an impact, but a Godly one and I am so thankful to be His mouthpiece!

In my last permanent corporate role, I was fullyinvested in what I did and the company I worked for. The team I was part of was like a family and it was great belonging to such a synergistic group of people. In 2018, after working there for 7 years, I lost my job due to corporate restructuring. I recognized that my time at that company had ended because God’s purpose for me being there had been fulfilled. This would’ve been the perfect segue to jump into entrepreneurship, but I was still afraid! After taking some time to focus on my family, I continued looking for my next corporate home, filling different temporary positions over time. (Fast forward to March 2020, when the pandemic hit.) I was temporarily employed when the company I was at had to work virtually. Unfortunately, as I wasn’t permanently employed by them, this couldn’t include me and I once again lost my job. It was a blessing because schools were also closed and my kids had to attend virtual school; thank God I was home and could guide them through that experience! It was during that time when a friend reached out to me, asking what I was doing for work. I told

that kids can be mean, especially without adult supervision and I was bullied and teased because of it; always feeling less than others. This impacted my self-worth, regardless of how my parents and teachers endeavoured to build me up. I thank God that I chose to treat my tormentors with kindness, regardless of their treatment of me. This wasn’t easy, but I tried to make sure that I didn’t judge them for their behaviour, but showed them grace. One never knows what others are struggling with in their own lives or the demons they face. I can now look back and know that I am enough! Here are the lessons I took from my experiences: 1. No one is perfect 2. Comparing yourself to others is fruitless 3. Hurt people hurt people 4. Someone else’s actions should not determine yours 5. Your experience can either make you bitter or better; the choice is yours 6. We can all make an impact, but it’s up to us whether it’s positive or negative 7. MY ILLUSTRIOUS CAREER TO DATE Starting in England at IBM UK, my career took me to various countries around the Asia Pacific region. Returning to Singapore in 2020 (just before COVID) where my three (3) daughters reside, gave me the strength to keep going when the going gets tough, otherwise I would have given up on living my life and making it work in Asia and just pack up and go back to UK to run the restaurant and café my parents left behind! I started my career with IBM UK Laboratories, Hursley, UK as an Electronic Design Engineer. I had an illustrious career spanning more than 30 years of executive management experience in large corporations and has held various senior positions. My portfolio consisted of helming various positions such as COO at Bankograph, CTO/Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Phongsavanh Bank in Laos, CEO at Tech Pacific Singapore, Vice President of ASEAN at APC-MGE

(a Schneider Electric Company), Asia Pacific Director at Digital Equipment, Solutions Director at IBM Singapore, and Senior Project Manager at ICI UK. I spearheaded several business

I also managed Iverson’s IPO process and achieved in-principle approval to list on the Singapore Stock Exchange with a valuation of SGD 250 million before it was acquired in 2001. I was also part of the management team that managed the IPO process and achieved

I have been actively involved in investments and intimately involved in over ten mergers and acquisitions in ASEAN. Over the course of my career, I have raised over SGD25 million for my various start-ups. WHAT IS NEXT? February 2022 marked a new beginning and turning point in my career. I just started a role as the Chief Operating Officer with Mineski Global, Gamifying the World of Infinite Possibilities based in The Philippines. Spiritually I decided to renew my faith in April 2021 to a higher power and started attending online services on Sundays and listening to workshop music on YouTube after many years. that will be part of a farm so that kids can receive a meaningful education and learn skills that can enable them to earn a living. The dream is to fund the farmhouse, school, and orphanage with my coaching, mentoring and online coaching business. Therefore, I am now focused on business partnerships to coach and mentor business owners and entrepreneurs to start, build and scale their companies, as well as to create online coaching programs where I can serve others to help them discover what they are created for, and help them to design their lives based on their dreams not designed by others or for others. I snapped out of it and went inside, put the gun away, fell to my knees when then

My name is Chloe Lindsey, I am 32 years of age and I have been through things physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in that very short amount of time that most don’t know how to deal with, let alone, heal through. By the age of 28, I had gone through losing both parents, my dad, when I was 13 choked to death on a deadly combination of prescription drugs and I broke down the bathroom door and pulled him out and tried to revive him. My uncle committed suicide a year and a half later. I was suicidal for years myself after that, in a dark place the last time I truly attempted I was 16 years old. Mom at this point had «Psychosis with Bipolar tendencies» she was in and out of psych wards to try to regulate her «hallucinations» and sometimes because spiritually she felt she would be safer in there while fighting her spiritual battles. My brother was in school (I take care of my brother who has cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound and have most of our lives). TRINA TEO Trina has been on a quest to discover what she is created for and to live her life to its fullest as she sets out to unleash her untapped potential so that she is able to: exude a powerful presence online and offline; • tap into her social, communication and her superpowers; • possess a powerful perspective and authentic charisma to project; • mesmerized & attract people to her; • level up her authentic visual image. MY BACKGROUND

BUSINESS ETHICS AND VALUES In business, my father advised me to never sign on to anything on which I do not agree. I respectfully declined his invitation to join him at his firm as accounting was not my passion. Human Resources and People-related business was a profession I gravitated towards. My goal has always been to develop deep and meaningful relationships and to help people discover what they are created for. I want to live an authentic life and live with congruency. This means that I act in direct accordance with my dreams, desires, beliefs, values, mission, and goals. I do not let the thoughts of others affect my approach to the world. This is because I recognized that when I am congruent, amazing things happen: 1. My confidence goes through the roof; 2. My energy and desire to make a difference increase dramatically; 3. I feel at peace that I am going about life with the right intention; 4. Decisions become easy to make; 5. Things start to fall into place.

Executive Coaching impacted my life and I want to coach others to "be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire." us, we have a great opportunity. We can compare the self that we want to be with the self that we are presenting to the rest of the world. We can then begin to make the real changes that are needed to close the gap between our stated values and our actual behavior. “— Marshall Goldsmith Source: What Got You Here Won't Get You There, 2008, p. 125 (in 2010 edition) I am a heart-led and peoplemotivated Coach. my mission of helping others, I felt a longing in my soul. I could not figure out what it was until March 2020 when I fell sick with Covid-19. All seemed scary and I started praying to God for a courageous heart. I needed one as I never was a type of hero. I asked God to show me the way and something miraculous had happened. My prayers were answered, and a wave of refreshing creativity replaced the fear, what resulted in writing a poem “The Fear of Unknown”. Moreover, I started seeking inspiration so I could become that person who inspires others. My beloved mum kept calling me every day, checking if I was ok. I decided to hire a coach who could get some clarity about the directions in my life. I loved the results I achieved from the help of my coach, realizing that there are many ways of helping others. I enrolled I left my home country of Poland in 2005. I arrived in London without my daughter Klaudia so I could find a safe place to live in. My first job role was a teatime lady in a nursing home and shortly, after I got a job, my daughter joined me. It was heartbreaking to be separated from her and I missed her terribly. We were inseparable and I waited until she was almost 18 to consider that leap of faith, asking her permission for leaving our home country. Our new life in the UK was very challenging on the beginning. Nevertheless, there is nothing I miss from my past life in Poland apart from my deceased loved ones and a few dear friends and family. On the 4th day of my stay in London I met my husband Kris and we got married the following year. I did not expect to be blessed with the gift of love which gave me the wings to fly high despite obstacles and hardship of my new life in the UK. There was also a huge boost of excitement and faith that all is possible, however not straightaway or happening overnight. My husband is a person with long term condition which had caused us many unexpected interruptions. There was time I put my dreams on hold, keeping busy as the only breadwinner. I have created a totally new life in this new country, with many years dedicated to work in hospital. I finished nursing studies here, looking after patients and sincerely interacting with them. myself onto Jay Shetty’s Certification School and graduated successfully last year. In trying times people need more hope, love and faith, and therefore I strongly desire to add value to other people’s lives - serving them with fearless coaching and inspirational writing. I had acquired a courageous heart I prayed for, so I have a moral duty to use it wisely. welcomed. I had tried my best to fit in, applying more kindness and exercising assertiveness. Nothing seemed to be working. I stood up for myself in an open confrontation with my colleague what happened out of the sight of others. I asked the bully to justify her attitude towards me. She told me that I was one of the nicest people in our department. I did not get this and the whole discussion did not get us anywhere. At this stressful time my asthma exacerbated. I went off sick and never returned to this place again.

The God has answered my prayer, showing me the new destination whilst placing on a pathway of many sacrifices. One can become a hero knowing the prize of sacrifices, whilst remaining true to themselves. I have learnt my lessons, experiencing many blessings in disguise and developing an awareness of who I really am as a person and I know that kindness, respect and compassion are my top values. In 2021 I became the co-author of three book projects: “Resilient Voices” by Brenda Dempsey,

the book “Rebirth” by Sandra Stachowicz - co-authored by 11 amazing women, who reinvented themselves, renewed their life force and rose from the ashes. This was very empowering experience for me but unfortunately, at the same time I started to experience bullying at work. I was a nurse in a clinical area but also a person with asthma and extended long Covid symptoms. Because of the health issues I was moved to a non-clinical area. One of colleagues started picking up on me, showing that I was not

“Shift – a new era begins” by Sabine Matharu and “The Little Sparks of Joy” by Chrisoula Sirigou. In the latter one, a beautiful “Letter to Mother Earth” created by my then 9 years old granddaughter Gaia, had been published too - just a few pages apart from my poem. This brought such a great joy to my heart and a sense of achievement for Gaia. I have inspired her genuine little heart to express her love to Mother Earth through creative writing. This had also resulted in me developing this insight that we have the inner power within allowing us to change this world if we strive to be light for others. As I continue my journey of personal development my 3 striking insights are: tune into your intuition and surround yourself with the right people because you cannot make it on your own. Life is a journey that requires quality companion: loving, kind and compassionate people who see your potential and are willing to listen because you deserve to be heard. You are worthy and your life matters. You deserve to be treated with love, respect, compassion and kindness.
