ENVIRONMENTALLY COMPATIBLE CLEANING WITH CLOSED-CIRCUIT SOLVENT MACHINE Un lavaggio ecocompatibile con macchina a solvente a circuito chiuso

sed in combination with the right technique, cleaning with solvents allows to fulfill the cleanliness requirements, it’s reliable and environmentally compatible. There are different areas within which advantageous cleaning results are obtained with solvents. One of these cases is when heavily oiled parts are concerned and need to be cleaned efficiently and effectively. In this area the implementation of an aqueous cleaning system would necessitate an extensive conditioning of the medium and a high cleaning agent consumption. Lesage has been an important supplier of copper, brass, aluminium and stainless steel pipes for 50 years,. The company produce copper draw tubes customized to customers specifications. At the start of June Lesage brought a new, fully automatic degreasing machine into operation to be able to serve its customers even better. Until recently the pipes and pipe sections we produce were degreased in open baths. This is no longer allowed under environmental law. Because of high consumptions and due to the strict solvent regulations, Lesage had to orientate their own choice towards a closed solvent machine, because alternatives as aqueous systems were not possible due to their oily and heavily contaminated parts. Their choice of a closed machine brought to the possibility to immerse the chamber and to lift the parts to drain the solvent. Drying takes place under vacuum. As the company also have small sawed parts to customers request (with a lot of swarf), they have recently invested in a small closed degreasing machine with the possibility to rotate the basket.

sato in combinazione con la giusta tecnologia, il lavaggio con i solventi permette di raggiungere la pulizia richiesta in modo affidabile ed ecocompatibile. Ci sono diverse aree in cui si ottengono ottimi risultati di pulizia con i solventi. Uno di questi casi riguarda i pezzi pesantemente contaminati con oli e che necessitano di un lavaggio efficiente ed efficace. In questo caso l’implementazione di un sistema di lavaggio a base acqua richiederebbe un considerevole condizionamento del prodotto di lavaggio e un suo consumo elevato. Lesage è da 50 anni un importante fornitore di tubi in rame, ottone, alluminio e acciaio inossidabile. L’azienda produce tubi trafilati di rame su misura delle specifiche del cliente. All’inizio di giugno, Lesage ha reso operativa una nuova macchina di sgrassaggio completamente automatica per servire ancora meglio i propri clienti. Fino a poco tempo fa, i tubi e le sezioni tubolari prodotte dall’azienda erano sgrassate in vasche aperte, ma ciò non è più consentito dalle nuove leggi ambientali. A causa degli elevati consumi e delle norme stringenti sui solventi, Lesage ha deciso di orientare la propria scelta verso una macchina a solvente chiusa, poiché le alternative come i sistemi a base acqua non erano praticabili a causa dei pezzi molto oleosi e contaminati. La scelta di una macchina chiusa ha permesso inoltre a Lesage di immergere i manufatti e sollevarli per drenare il solvente. L’asciugatura avviene sottovuoto. Siccome l’azienda produce su richiesta dei clienti anche dei piccoli pezzi zigrinati (con molti trucioli), ha recentemente investito in una piccola macchina di sgrassaggio chiusa con la rotazione del cestello opzionale.
