As we move into October and welcome autumn, we’re looking forward to the crisp air and colorful tree foliage that will soon surround us. This month, the local community is showing INTRO tons of love. Around the property, Truss is hosting two exciting community events open to the public: a Jazz Brunch and Golden Hour’s live music + tech talk. More details and ticket links can be found on our INTRO App. Experts in the event world, we just love when Truss (a private venue) opens up for public events as they never disappoint!
Moving indoors and by popular request, YOGA IS BACK! These free weekly classes are for residents of all fitness levels and will take place at 11 am on Sundays to accomodate more schedules.
As we say “namaste” to summer, grab your sweaters and some friends and check out the Browns watch parties at Pioneer. Be sure to check out Pioneer’s new catering menu for your next work or social event!
Lastly, our favorite INTRO event is coming back: it’s time to dress your pets in their best Halloween costumes and bring them to our Halloween event in the plaza for pumpkin carving, live music and a costume contest.

We’re Jade and Kainoa! We’re both originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, but we’ve been on the mainland for almost 10 years now. Kainoa went to Case Western for medical school and now works as a General Surgery resident over at Metro Health and I recently moved from New York City, working as a Product Manager at a tech agency. So if you need surgery or need help building a mobile app, we’re your people!I In my free time, I love hanging out with our new pup, Kenny, and checking out new workout classes. Kainoa doesnt have free time, so he mostly enjoys sleeping. We moved to Intro a few months ago and we’ve met a lot of great people and cant wait to meet more!”
Wolfgang is a 2yr old Yorkipoo, turning 3 on Oct 9th! He loves brunch on 25th street and his stuffed platypus. For activity he likes the leaves in the fall, the snow in the winter, and the beach in the summer. Never rain.
