Hi, we’re Olja (“Ol-ya”) and Mišo (“Me-show”)! We moved to Cleveland from Philadelphia during the end of October but are originally from the Balkan region and have lived in several North American cities. We recently had our wedding and are now officially enjoying married life as INTRO residents
When we were looking for a place to live in Cleveland, we had just one day to do apartment tours. Of the eight places we visited, INTRO was our last appointment. With a long day of back-to-back tours, we were more than an hour late to our INTRO appointment, but Kassandra was kind enough to stay late on a Saturday to make sure we got to do our tour. As soon as we stepped into the building, we were blown away and the rest is history

Kylo
Kylo may be new to the building (fresh in from Miami just three weeks ago), but he’s already making waves and howls! This four-year-old January baby greets neighbors with his signature “roo roo roo” morning howl and is known for his piercing blue eyes and endless kisses Don’t be fooled by his calm exterior Kylo is an escape artist who knows how to open doors (thankfully, not the heavy ones at INTRO… shoutout to building design!).
You’ll often spot him strutting around in Cleveland Browns gear he's been repping his mom’s hometown team long before the move. While he’s super social, he’s also a gentleman: a very shy pooper who insists on a private bush, thank you very much. And if you ever see a husky being dramatically dragged away from a play session no worries, that’s just Kylo protesting that it’s not time to go in yet.
Single and ready to mingle, Kylo would love to treat a fellow furry resident to a scoop at Mitchell’s Ice Cream. Until then, keep an ear out for his howls and your doors double-checked!
