This July, our Summer Wellness Series continues with guest instructors hosting specialty classes throughout the month. From Monday evening full body HIIT classes hosted by Element 26 Fitness to energizing your days with new yoga options like Barre Sculpt Yoga and Goat Yoga to the ever-popular Sol Sunday Rooftop Retreats and Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga sessions
For those chasing the heat, we have some exciting events taking place out on the pool deck. Join us for a fun filled Love Island Watch Party as well as our SPLASHBACK Fashion Show and Pool Party.
Need a break from movement? Stop by the Front Porch for Champagne Fridays and a yummy Grab and Go Breakfast on the first Monday of the month.

Scotty is the founder of Spark Agency and Spark Studios. Originally from Ohio, he moved to LA in 2020 with a background in software engineering and spent the last five years living in LA and traveling the world before returning to Cleveland in April to bring fresh creative energy back home. Through his digital marketing agency, Scotty serves as an external CMO for several brands, helping them grow through bold storytelling, smart strategy, and standout content.

Leo Kassover was rescued in Los Angeles by his human, Kevin, in April of 2013. Since then, they have been inseparable Together they have resided in San Francisco, New York and returned to their home base in West Hollywood during the pandemic Previously having only flown over most midwestern states, he’s excited to have a new home on the “Ohio Shore” He’s quickly adapted to the Lake Erie environs and made a number of new, four-legged furry pals at The Intro. If airlines could award miles to dogs, he would have elite status. He’s flown more than most Americans. From Peoria to Miami, Charleston and Chicago, as a legal service dog he’s the first to board the aircraft and charms both passengers and crew members alike. He takes his good looks for granted, shunning the inherent attention that comes with it, much like A-list celebs who avoid the paparazzi He’s never known otherwise
Smart, mellow and athletic, Leo excels at napping, begging for treats and getting at his 10,000+ steps in each day He doesn’t even let his arthritis hold him back from most activities, from tackling the stairs down to Gehring and back up, to smelling another pooch’s privates.
He loves sunbathing, rollicking on carpeted floors and voraciously destroying squeaky toys. If you want to get his attention, it isn’t difficult --- as long as you have salmon, chicken or steak and a hand that feeds.
Snipped at a young age, he likes all genders. Although he has an inappropriate propensity for young girls, you can easily win him over with kindness and a belly rub.
Please say hi to both Leo and Kevin when you see them (often at the gym and Friday’s champaign happy hour) and welcome the duo to Cleveland!
Events by Chrissy Cavotta
With over 12 years of experience in event planning, Chrissy Cavotta specializes in fashion shows, business launches, theme parties, and food-centric events. She first gained recognition in 2011 when she opened Tre Sorelle Boutique in Cleveland’s Little Italy, becoming known for her seasonal fashion shows. Although the boutique closed after seven successful years, Chrissy’s passion for event production lived on through Tre Sorelle Events.
In October 2023, she relaunched her brand as Events by Chrissy Cavotta, expanding her focus beyond fashion to curate a diverse range of events. Throughout her career, Chrissy has produced over 120 events, including 83 fashion shows, showcasing her deep expertise and creativity.
In 2024, she was awarded "Legacy of Art Fashion Trailblazer" Award, and was nominated for Business Woman of the Year by the Ohio Entertainment Awards. She was most recently on the Host Committee for moCa Connect alongside other local Tastemakers.
Driven by her love for both fashion and food, Chrissy recently launched sliCCe Ice Cream Cakes by Chrissy, creating delectable ice cream-based treats. In just one month, she’s fulfilled 42 cake orders a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication
