Happy February our dear residents! We hope you have all settled nicely into 2025, the year certainly feels like it is flying by already
You may notice that we’ve been working on sprucing up our INTRO Insider, we hope you like the new look as we work to make each month’s content relevant and fresh
We want to make 2025 a year to remember and with that in mind, we’d like to encourage you to share your fantastic ideas with us. Stop by the concierge desk with any ideas you have for events you’d like to see this year. Feel free to even drop a note in the suggestion box.
One thing we are super excited to share with you this month is the upcoming B.O.M Mixer hosted by TasteMakers. As February is Black History Month, we want to both honor and celebrate the amazing black-owned businesses in our area Come by the Library and Front Porch on February 15th to visit an awesome pop-up market. You’ll find more details on page 6 of the Insider. Also, keep an eye out on Flamingo and our social media pages as we begin to highlight the black-owned businesses that will be sharing their innovative and unique brands with us.

My name is Zosimo. I’m a CLEbased entrepreneur, multimedia artist and DJ. If I’m not traveling and working with my clients on branding, marketing or content, you can find me in the INTRO gym, having coffee on my balcony or across the street at Bartleby, where I DJ and am helping create a private social club.
Speaking of gyms, I am also the co-founder of the CLE fitness studios, GrooveRyde. I know some of you were dedicated members I recently sold the business to focus on my work as a full-time artist. I am currently in production on two feature film documentaries that I’m producing & directing and have also started a new photo series that I hope to debut in the Summer of 2025

I absolutely love INTRO and my apartment. I moved in at the end of last summer and luckily got a few pool days in The natural light in my apartment is amazing and has been a joy to wake up to. I’ve spent most of my adult life living in Los Angeles and what INTRO has to offer with its amenities is something I could never find in LA for the price I feel very fortunate to live here.

PET PET OF THE MONTH OF THE MONTH
Hi! Meet Kobe! Kobe is a rescue who was found on the street just as a little puppy in Akron, Ohio. As I was searching for a new dog to adopt, I found him and instantly fell in love.
Kobe is a golden mix and full of energy and curiosity. He is very loving, extremely gentle, and is so excited to explore the city. His personality is slowly coming to life as he transitions from shelter life into a new home. He loves people and typically will stop at everyone who looks at him for pets. The dog park has definitely been the highlight so far as he starts to meet new friends! If you see us feel free to say hi, he loves the attention.

What started as pop-ups right here at INTRO has now turned into Good Pizza, Charlie’s very own brick-and-mortar restaurant inDowntownCleveland!
Good Pizza is bringing an artisan take on classic New York-style pizza to the city Charlie, who has built a huge following online (180K+ YouTube subscribers!) for his pizza-making expertise, is now serving up his perfected pies and slices just minutes away.
