Summary of the president’s message
The Sunday Bible School on December 15, 2024, was held live from the Mahanaim in Domingos Martins, Espírito Santo, with Pastors Gedelti Gueiros, Gilson Sousa, and Josias Junior participating.
Message from pastor Gilson Sousa:
We greet all the brothers and sisters with the peace of the Lord Jesus! We are beginning the Sunday Bible School. The topic to be addressed is fou-
nd in the Book of Revelation: the message of the Holy Spirit resonates within the Faithful Church, resonates in the midst of the Faithful Church, in relation to the prophetic markers that are being fulfilled in our day in the preparation of the Church for the rapture.
In this Sunday Bible School, we revisited the Trumpets and Feasts event held on December 1, 2024. Pastor Gilson Sousa presented the answers given by various brothers and sisters to the questions posed, as well as several experiences and testimonies related to Trumpets and Feasts event.
reinforce the event’s message and seek to gather the spiritual experiences, resulting in the visitors’ conversion to the Lord Jesus.
Question
[Answered through video] What is your mission, as a servant, following this proclamation? Is the time to act now, or will you wait for the last trumpet?
Answer: The time to act is now.
Message from pastor Gedelti Gueiros:
I greet everyone with the peace of the Lord. Let’s answer the questions posed.
Question
[Answered through video] Considering the 2024 edition of the Trumpets and Feasts event, describe what this experience meant for your spiritual life.
Question
[Answered through video] What is your understanding of the expression “FESTAS” (Feasts)?
Answer: The word “feasts” refers to the Church’s anticipation of the great feast of its rapture – the supper of the Lamb.
Question
[Answered through video] How did your guests respond to the event?
Question
[Answered through video] Should the period after the event be used for hosting social gatherings in the Churches, thereby shifting focus away from the spiritual results?.
Answer: No. The Church must
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Matthew 24:29
Question
[Answered through video] Why does the last trumpet, which represents the Church’s rapture and is described by Paul in 1 Corinthians 15:52, prophetically point to the 4th Trumpet described by John in Revelation 8:12, rather than to the three trumpets that follow?
Answer: Because the sounding of the 4th trumpet, which speaks of the sun being darkened, will mark the Church’s rapture. That is why it is the last trumpet described by Paul. The final three trumpets will sound to bring judgment upon the world after the Church has been taken up.
“In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.” 1 Corinthians 15:52
“Then the fourth angel sounded: And a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day [a]did not shine, and likewise the night.” Revelation 8:12 Question
[Answered through video] Do you believe what the prophets of darkness say, claiming that the Church will go through the Great Tribulation? Cite the texts that support your answer.
Answer: The prophets of darkness speak without the light of revelation, and therefore I do not believe that the Church will go through the Great Tribulation.
We are speaking of prophets of darkness. This reference does not point to a single individual but a group. Why the term “prophets of darkness”? Because they have no revelation. They have nothing to say. The
faithful Church has no reason to fear, as it will ascend. These prophets insist on saying that the Church will pass through the Great Tribulation. To them, the Word is historical and salvation is merely theological. However, the faithful Church will ascend into eternity before the Great Tribulation.
“Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Revelation 3:10 (emphasis added)
May the Lord bless us.
