Medford - 50th Anniversary Jimmy and Kathy Medford of Sherman will be honored Saturday, June 22nd with a 50th wedding anniversary reception. The reception, hosted by their children and grandchildren, will be from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Howe Church of Christ.

The Medfords were married on June 20, 1969 at the Cedar Hill Church of Christ. Officiating was James Medford, Sr. Kathy Medford was born in Texas City, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James McCallay. She graduated from Anahuac High School and Oklahoma Christian University, and retired from the Howe Independent School District.
