Lone Stars Hoops returns to Howe for 20th year
For the 20th consecutive summer, Lone Stars Hoops Camp is approaching Howe parents with information regarding a traditional basketball event that their kids may have come to love and even count on to help develop what they like to refer to as the player's "5points" of sound fundamental basketball skills - shooting, passing, ball-handling, footwork and defense

Fortunately, current coaches like Derek Lands and former boys coach Tim Rose have felt that a high-intensity, "total-immersion", fast-paced, positively-spirited basketball event may make a difference in the always-important opera "
Daniels was impressed with the organization of the Broadway show and how quick they could change the stage setting
The four days and three-night trip had them staying in New Jersey where they would travel to Manhattan through the Lincoln Tunnel
Asked if Daniels had any claustrophobic issues during the trip through the tunnel, the softspoken and stoic young man stated that he slept through the ride which completely answered that question
He stated that it was a very busy and noisy place that he would not want to live in Although, a month visit would be okay On his next visit, he'll have to experience the famous street pizza, but he was able to experience lamb and chicken over rice from a food truck
Daniels was part of the group that traveled to Boston a year ago and says that New York seems more modern compared to Boston which is more of a historic city

Over this two-decade-long period of time, Lone Star Hoops LLC has helped to offer a great summer event for elementary and middleschool boys and girls where they can polish their skills among some of the top prep instructors in the game
Kids have a great time learning the skills-of-champions while competing in contests, tournaments, circuit "masterteaching" sessions, half-court games, full-court league-play and opportunities to embrace the "PBs" of competition "Personal-Bests"!
