Trick 'R Treating will take place in Howe on the traditional night of Oct. 31. Be courteous to houses with their lights turned off. Do not knock on doors with no lights on. Also, if you're old enough to drive or have facial hair, you're too old to trick 'r treat.
Community Bibe Fellowship Community Bible Fellowship will have Trunk R Treat on Tuesday October 31, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00. Trick or treating and hot dogs.
