Howe Lady Bulldogs Head Coach Derek Lands in 2015 at Whitewright. Photo by Michelle Carney Howe Lady Bulldogs Basketball Head Coach Derek Lands is one of the winningest coaches in the State of Texas. According to Jack Walker, of the Van Alstyne Leader, he has racked up 352 of them. But the coach is facing a tougher battle now with an opponent that he can't draw a pick and roll against. The
