Results and future steps

This research may be valuable to medical educators and admissions committees. Results from this study may inform those considering a career in medicine or the health sciences. It is critical to understand the backgrounds, questions and experiences of learners. It is important to understand the impact of the hidden curriculum on learners even before they arrive at medical school.
