c. Comptroller Mid-Semester Report and Quiz
i. Presented by Comptroller Skeldon
1. Comptroller Skeldon:
2. This is the mid-semester financial report which gives an overview of SGA’S financial standing. Our total funding comes from the student activity fee which totals $359,800.. External is our largest category, which comes out to around $291,000. Contingency is our emergency fund for things that come up on short notice. External allocations are our largest spending split between gold 30.78%, blue 21.43% and pride clubs. We allocate internally to support programming. CR did not request a budget. Comms asked for $358 for supplies, but it has not been used yet. Academic affairs and equity received food vouchers. Appropriations is allocated food for budget weekend. Programming was allocated $20,000 of which $16,000 was spent. Equity was allocated food vouchers. Miscellaneous expenses are allocated and spent at the same time. Leadership also spent on food. Internally we have $6,000 available. An emergency fund of $38,000 has not been spent. Vouchers have been fully spent. Income and gifts haven’t been touched. The remaining balance is $368,056.55. I sign paperwork every Friday. We have spent about 30% of allocated funds. This will go down a lot when clubs start spending more. Fall semester spending is usually lower than the spring, so we should be in a strong position. Campus spending includes large events like music fest and renovations to places like the student center.
3. Senator Finkelstein: What is leadership spending?
a. Comptroller Skeldon: E-board spending, such as retreat, food for senate, merch, etc.
4. Quiz
d. SA.2025.90.013: SAW Questions F25
i. Presented by Chair Iacobovici, Chair Dzaveluri, Chair Malhotra, Chair Orellana, and Chair Jacob
1. Chair Iacobovici: These are survey questions to gauge student interest and see what we can do. We spent so much time in cabinet making sure these questions were formatted well and were really what students wanted.
2. Chair Malhotra moves to propose language to question 8: Adding “food accuracy and wait time” after seating.
a. Morion seconded
b. Motion passed
3. Comptroller Skeldon moves to propose language to question 9: 6:00am-midnight Monday to Thursdays, 6:00 am-9:00 pm Fridays, and Saturdays and Sundays.
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
4. Senator Pierre moves to propose language to question 8: Adding “price” after wait time
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
5. Senator Kurtz: Would it make more sense to say “order accuracy” instead of “food accuracy”.
6. Chair Malhotra: I think that’s great.
7. Senator Kurtz moves to propose language to question: “food” to “order”
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
8. Senator Finkelstein moves to propose language to question 8: add “dietary restrictions” after wait time
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
9. Chair Ahmad: moves to strike language from question 8: “price”.
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
10. Senator Rades moves for a straw poll: Do we think it would be better to have these be options for question 8 under “dissatisfied” as a dropdown menu?
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion passed
11. Senator Rades moves to strike “(including hours, seating, order accuracy, wait time, dietary restrictions, and cleanliness)” and instead adding a drop down menu under the dissatisfied option
a. Motion seconded
b. Motion objected
i. For:
1. Senator Rades: We had a straw poll and most people agreed so I don’t know what the issue is and this would help make the question more concise. The dropdown would give people a better option to select what they are dissatisfied with.
2. Senator Araba: I agree with the previous speaker. I think it’s best to give people the option to choose. The shorter question is better.
3. Senator Smook: I think it is getting too wordy and for convenience and conciseness this makes more sense.
4. Senator Vira: I would like to add onto the previous speakers’ point, some may be satisfied with one thing but not another. We can tune into points that need improving.
5. Senator Bokhari: If students are taking a survey, the options will help them think about the question more than just selecting dissatisfied.
6. Senator Yari: If I was reading this survey, having the drop down is more useful. A lot of people don’t take advantage of the comment box and the drop down can give more data of what people are dissatisfied with.
7. Senator Kurtz: I agree. It doesn’t have to be a single choice. We can have a “select all” availability. Students don’t use the comment box and this allows for more data.
ii. Against:
1. Comptroller Skeldon: I just think that the question as it is gives more context and gives more information about what quality means. The drop down makes it more complicated.
2. Senator Finkelstein: I agree with both for and against previous speakers. With it in the dissatisfied section, we will get numbers on what people are dissatisfied with and get context on what the question actually means.
3. Senator Black: The core of the question. Anything in the parentheses are just things that people could think about. The drop down gives them the limit of only choosing one option. The textbox allows them to say more already.
4. Chair Orellana: People may skim through this question and see how satisfied they are with campus dining. They may answer it not knowing what we are trying to see and engage with if it is a drop-down menu.
5. Senator Bokhari: If students are taking a survey, the options will help them think about the question more than just selecting dissatisfied.
6. Senator Pierre: It is in parentheses, I do not want to read thinking it is too much or too wordy. The point will still be clear. About skimming through it, I think that is why we should have it right there rather than in the dropbox. If the President was tabling and I am trying to get to class and skimming the whole thing, a dropbox would be confusing. I would just want to say I'm satisfied. We can define it and have more data as well if we want to compromise
7. Senator Peri: If I am dissatisfied I may not know what I am dissatisfied about unless these options were written in the question itself. Being in the question allows me to think more of the question.
iii. Motion fails 13-18-4
iv. Senator Peri moves to hold a straw poll adding language: a box under dissatisfied and very dissatisfied that reads “seating, hours, order
accuracy, wait time, dietary restrictions, other (text box)”
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
3. Senator Yari: Why would we duplicate language?
a. Senator Peri: People would only see it for one option as it would be revealed upon selecting that option.
v. Senator Peri moves to propose language: add “eating, hours, order accuracy, wait time, dietary restrictions, cleanliness, other (text box)” and “select multiple” next to “what are you satisfied with” and “what are you dissatisfied with”
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
vi. Senator Black moves to propose language: add “and comments” after “other”
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion failed 10-13-8
vii. Senator Peri moves to add language inside parentheses in question 8: add “etc.” and strike “and” in between “dietary restrictions and cleanliness”
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
viii. Senator Pierre moves for a 2 minute unmoderated caucus
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion objected
a. For:
i. Senator Pierre: First, I would like to see what we are discussing about motions and questions, we should have an unmoderated discussion to know what we want the question to look like. We did have a question about the straw poll. I would like to
know more and be able to ask questions about what is being proposed in the straw poll rather than holding straw polls.
ii. Senator Peri: You can talk about anything in an unmoderated caucus. I would love to hear what Senator Yari has to say.
iii. Senator Watt: It would be a lot better to understand the nuance of what else can be fixed and added to the questions.
iv. Senator Vira: I just want to echo what the previous speaker said. It would be best to come to a consensus rather than going from motion to motion.
v. Senator Rades: We can talk about the questions in the moderated caucus.
vi. Senator Yari: You can talk freely in an unmoderated caucus.
vii. Senator Finkelstein: Guys, about the minutes being too short, we can extend the time when it runs out.
b. Against:
i. Senator Green: Now from hearing previous speakers, we should have an unmoderated caucus.
ii. Senator Smook: I think it is kind of redundant. We are going motion after motion. Let’s just get this over with.
This is just one question and we should be going through the others.
iii. Chair Dzaveluri: Two minutes is a short time to have an unmoderated caucus.
iv. Senator Green: I am very confused.
v. Senator Malayeri: I want the caucus.
vi. Senator Urban: I just wanted to clarify, he said two minutes.
vii. Senator Smook: To reiterate, it is overdoing it stretching this out. I know I was the one that wanted to do snap cup last week but there is no point talking about talking. This is not something we should be debating this much about.
viii. Senator Green: I would like to go off previous speakers’ point, I would like to hear a consensus and that Q8 is how everyone wants it to be and then move onto more questions.
3. Motion passes
a. Senator Yari: The question should be made more neater and concise. This is something we are showing to the whole student body and there should be a better way to get the options across.
b. Senator Peri: Once you click on the dissatisfied or very dissatisfied, only then these options will pop up.
c. Senator Yari: How would the data be presented?
d. Senator Green: They might pick the same things under dissatisfaction or very dissatisfied. How are we planning to use this data then?
e. Senator Yari: It is subjective to a person. For some hours can be awful and for others it may be not as bad.
f. Senator Rades extended unmoderated caucus by 5 minutes
i. Motion second
ii. Motion passed
g. Putting it into one “satisfied, dissatisfied, etc.”
h. Senator Peri: If someone does pick, there will be a pie chart or statistics or some point to better understand the data. There should be a neutral option.
i. Senator Urban: It will help us determine what is more important based on dissatisfied or very dissatisfied.
j. Senator Rades: There is no opportunity to say what exactly they are dissatisfied about and the other option helps with this.
k. Senator Yari: The one last thing, is there any way we can make the question easier to read? It is a lot to look at.
l. Senator Pierre: The way it is written is fine. The parentheses are just there to add context. You can just skim past it. We should add all context, not just focus on the negative and positive.
m. Senator Yari: I am really happy with that. It sounds really good.
n. Senator Watt: Next SAW we can add that.
o. Senator Pierre: It might just be wordy with clicking everything.
p. Senator Rades: Instead of full options, there can just be a text box option. They can say I really love the options for vegetarians, etc. it does not have to be too wordy.
q. Senator Yari: Someone may be satisfied but also a little dissatisfied.
r. Senator Peri: A little satisfied
s. Senator Finkelstein moves to extend the unmoderated caucus by 10 minutes.
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion fails
t. Senator Aguilar moves to extend unmoderated caucus by 5 minutes
i. Motion second
ii. Motion fails
u. Senator Vira moves to extend unmoderated caucus by 2 minutes
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion objected
v. Senator Black moves for a 10 minute unmoderated caucus on all questions
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion objected
iii. For:
iv. Senator Black: We are really trying to get through these questions as fast as possible. Airing out everything about the questions now is best instead of going from motion to motion
v. Senator Vira: There are a lot of discrepancies with the questions and this will help
us predetermine what is wrong and come to a consensus.
vi. Senator Urban: unmoderated caucus lets us go through all the other questions as well
vii. Senator Peri: i think we should go through question 8
viii. Senator Bokhari: We spend so much time on question 8 and let’s go to the other questions
ix. Senator Pierre: We had a 10minute, 5-minute, and 2minute denied. Having 10 minutes for all questions would be very helpful. All of the extra details seem unnecessary, I am filling it out as a student and assuming I am a student.
x. Senator Watt: I believe it’s best to do a 10-moderated caucus.
xi. Senator Yari: It is more productive with us talking in an unmoderated caucus because we can all answer each other’s questions. We had a lot of clarity with the caucus versus the motions and motions. This would clear up so much and help us get through faster.
xii. Senator Smook: I agree with the previous speaker, as people have said even if we go through 10 questions in an unmoderated caucus we can go back to them. We need to
move off question 8 and have spent way too much time on it. We will be here for several hours, past midnight if we just discuss question 8. A knockout round would be a good way to get conversation going.
xiii. Senator Finkelstein: When the timer ended, not everyone had finished speaking due to the short time. We should do it for all questions and let those who were talking about question 8 go first.
xiv. Secretary Danek: If anyone can’t come to a consensus in question 8, how much structure will there be with the other questions? Having the discussion unmoderated will make everyone unclear. There will be different factions about different questions which is inconvenient and will take up lots of time.
xv. Chair Iacobovici: During an unmoderated caucus, you are just speaking, there are no motions, this will prolong the time. We were going 1-by-1 anyway and if there are changes to be made, we will say it needs to be changed. In an unmoderated caucus, you cannot change anything, making it pointless.
xvi. Chair Dzaveluri: I get the creativity, but we need to
know that surveys will be taken by students rushing to class. Think about it from the students’ perspective.
xvii. Against:
xviii. Chair Dzaveluri: Productivity-wise, there is no way to go through 10 questions like this. We will have an opportunity to go one-by-one through the questions. What’s the point of having this unproductive and messy debate about all the questions? Me objecting to the whole caucus is because we spent 30 minutes or more about one question. This is not productive. We can come back to question 8 if we still have a problem with it. Let’s start back with question 1 and go through each one.
xix. Comptroller Skeldon: We spent so much time and an unmoderated caucus is too unstructured to get through all the questions.
xx. Senator Green: I agree we should have structure.
w. Motion fails.
12. Question 1
a. Chair Dzaveluri: This is just derived from the initiative I am working on with the department chairs and I just need data to give to the dean about whether faculty and students want it or not.
b. Senator Smook: As a political science student I appreciate the Barnard bulletin and I believe this should be in all departments.
c. Senator Gabe: Are we able to know when people answer this what departments they are attached to?
d. Senator Finkelstein moves to add language to question 1: a textbox asking for students’ majors under all options (a-d)
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passes
13. Question 2
a. Chair Dzaveluri: This is about the new OpenAI partnership and the faculty just wants feedback from students. We can also add what your major is here.
b. Chair Dzaveluri moves to propose language: add a textbox asking for students’ majors under all options
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
c. Senator Kurtz: Since we already asked majors in the first question, would that not tell us?
i. VP Young: We get statistical responses not individual ones.
d. Senator Rades: What about a dropdown for students to say how AI is incorporated.
i. VP Young: Yes, it is technically possible.
e. Senator Yari: What are the next steps when we get this data?
i. Chair Dzaveluri: These are questions for the higher administration. It will just give them data about faculty and student AI use.
f. Senator Rades: Is it possible to add an (e) Other or comments option.
i. VP Young: Yes
g. Senator Yari: Would it be helpful to include “Yes, but I do not want to use AI” and “No, but I wish to use AI”
i. Chair Dzavleuri: Yes
h. Senator Yari moves to add language: c: Yes, but I do not wish to use AI” and (f): No, but I wish to use AI
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion objected
iii. For:
1. Senator Yari: I just asked about it, it seemed like it was a good idea. We should collect
data, as people are forced to use AI against their wishes. It is less confusing.
2. Senator Finkelstein: I agree with the previous speaker, we should put class specifically to have a better understanding of who is using AI.
3. Senator Yari: We don’t have to go into a motion each time.
4. Senator Rades: I think that the idea of getting info about people’s thoughts on AI is a good thing, but I am unsure if this is the right way to do it.
5. Senator Finkelstein: We can make this a separate question
6. Senator Pierre: It helps with who really wants this and who doesn't. It can reveal who wants to use and not use AI. I don’t think that it goes into two questions. It is structured weird but we can change it.
7. Senator Yari: I see it now. You can have both opinions on this so it is a little messed up. Let’s not debate each time.
8. Senator Finkelstein: Correct me if I am wrong, you can leave the text boxes blank. You can leave it blank, it would not be helpful to us but it would ease the process for everyone else.
iv. Against:
1. Chair Denson: Students are taking this survey. It now sounds like two separate questions. We want concrete ideas and concrete resolutions.
2. Comptroller Skeldon: SAW is supposed to be easy to understand. Dropdowns are hard to navigate.
3. Secretary Danek: In its initial form it was strong and now it is diluting into two different questions. We can incorporate this in some way in SAW next time. Concerns
can also be raised to faculty. It doesn’t all have to be on the survey.
4. Senator Green: My problem is it does dilute the question. Concern about a major question. It is too much. I feel it’s too interrogating.
5. Senator Urban: We are misinterpreting the question. The question is are your teachers implementing or not. We are changing the question entirely. It is too long. We don’t need to know their major. We just need to know if professors in general are implementing it.
6. Senator Malayeri: This is not a debate club, This is SGA. It is pretty transparent that this question is good as it is and we don’t need to add things.
7. Chair Iacobovici: Questions made with intent and purpose to be concise and see what students were thinking. We have lost the plot and now the question is too wordy.
8. Chair Jacob: These questions have already been workshopped by a lot of people.
v. Motion fails
i. Chair Iacobovici moves for a 5-minute recess.
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
j. Senator Urban moves to strike language: “What is your major” on all answer choices for question 2.
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passes
k. Chair Dzaveluri moves to strike language for question 1: “What is your major?” on all answer choices
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
l. Chair Iacobovici: We had one text box last year and the answers were 15 pages long. All of these questions have already been made and formatted by cabinet and CR. This is not the first draft of these questions. We are repeating ourselves. It doesn’t seem like we understand that. There is
just debate after debate and if we can continue this in a more orderly fashion this would lead to a better SAW survey and we will finish in time. This survey is not about you guys, but rather the entire student population.
14. Question 3
a. Chair Orellana: I made this question because I have had talks with admin about belonging and safeness on campus. This could get the data we want in one question.
b. VP Young: If time is an issue, you should not be at the table. Do not shy from speaking, but the key is productivity. “I want to echo” is not necessary, but state your own mind and opinions.
15. Question 4
a. Chair Orellana: This is just something else I wish to get information about from the students after having talks with clubs and administration about this issue.
b. Senator Rades: Is it contradictory to have a “no” option and then adding a text box about a reason for not being satisfied?
c. Comptroller Skeldon moves to propose language: “Do you feel satisfied with the prayer spaces on campus?” rather than “number”
d. Senator Pierre: We do not have to get into specific religions, correct? Is that what the textbox is for?
e. Young: It is not implying anything. In the text box you have the option to add something.
f. Urban: Moves to add “or know about” after utilize in option (c)
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion failed
g. Senator Yari: Moves to add “are you satisfied” instead of “do you feel satisfied.”
h. Senator Finkelstein moves to add language: add (d): I do not know enough about the prayer spaces
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
16. Question 5
a. President Quail: This is something SGA has been pursuing for 10 years. A portion of the fee makes up our budget. We have talked with the administration on raising it. We do not
want to just say it is raising a fee as it leaves a bad taste in some people’’s mouths. It has not been raised since 2017 and does not keep up with inflation.
b. Senator Black: Will the “maybe” option gain any useful information? It does not tell us anything.
i. President Quail: I considered maybe. The default response is “no” so “maybe: is a better response.
c. Senator Pierre: Would this add to students’ tuition?
i. President Quail: Yes, it would add $10. This would prove students would be fine with the increase.
d. Senator Yari: A lot of students may not know what it entails in terms of tuition. This is why I proposed I do not know.
e. Senator Rades: Motion to change “maybe” to “unsure”.”
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
f. Senator Vira: We could put in tuition in parentheses.
i. President Quail: This would be false. Fees are not a part of tuition, but it has to be paid.
g. Senator Yari: Should we add in parentheses where the fee comes from or how it is paid?
i. President Quail: It is on the internet and fees implicitly state where they come from.
h. Senator Rades: Instead of putting more wording, students can look it up
i. Chair Dzaveluri: big difference between maybe and unsure. Maybe means in terms of support, unsure implies you do not know what it is. We should change it back to maybe. Moves to change “unsure” to “maybe”
j. Senator Yari: We are trying to push for more funding, I get that maybe it pushes better for oru case but there should be a way on there that we are moving money around rather than raising.
i. President Quail: Raising is already implied by the question itself.
17. Question 6
a. Chair Jacob: I just wanted to clarify that currently we have a shuttle on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. It can only be one weekday and there have been questions about
Friday. This is specifically about the shopping shuttle during the week.
b. Senator Chacon: Does this imply Wed and Fri would have same hours?
i. Chair Jacob: These logistics would be given to Psafe and they would decide?
c. Senator Finkelstein: Would whatever date gets the most votes get its hours extended by p-safe? Could it be specified that hours would only be added to one day?
d. Senator Finkelstein moves to propose language: select multiple of the days (to see what would get the most votes)
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion objected
1. For:
a. Senator Finkelstein: I think we should be able to select more than one option and whichever one has the majority of the votes will be chosen.
b. Senator Yari: A lot of people do not have classes on Fridays if that is an option, people would pick where they are most available.
2. Against:
a. Chair Jacob: To keep it on Wednesday or change it to another day. If we select all, people may pick all the options which will defeat the purpose of getting data of which one people actually want.
b. Senator Chacon: I would want to add it everyday and we should not imply that is an option. I wouldn’t think it was PSafe’s budget and i would
c. Senator Urban: They may think that all the days selected will be chosen and that will cause more confusion.
d. Senator Rades: We can only afford to have one day so the question is
what day people want and picking multiple would confuse things.
e. Chair Jacob: The question is asking about what day of the week you would want the shopping shuttle, not your availability. It depends on the majority vote, not the day you are most available.
iii. Motion fails
e. Senator Thani: Why do we have the dialogue after “no” in options b and c? Isn’t the point just to find out what days students prefer?
i. Chair Jacob: The question is asking which day but we are also getting additional information about who is using the shuttles.
18. Question 7
a. Chair Jacob: New parking policies have been implemented this semester. This will help public safety know if they should put their budget towards
i. Senator Urban: The text box could become a complaint box about parking since this a very hot topic on campus
1. Chair Jacob: PSafe is aware of a lot of the issues already, the text box would be about new issues that are coming up as current issues are already being fixed.
ii. Senator Finkelstein: Do you think it would be better if students were dissatisfied? It would be more informative to know who is a commuter and who is a resident because one may be a commuter who is satisfied and the other would be a resident who is dissatisfied.
iii. Chair Jacob moves for a straw poll: remove very satisfied, somewhat satisfied, very dissatisfied and somewhat dissatisfied and to add “satisfied and a commuter”, “satisfied and I live on campus”, “dissatisfied and a commuter” or “satisfied and live on campus”
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
iv. Senator Yari moves to propose language: add option (e)- I do not park on campus.
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
v. Senator Green moves to propose language: “Why are you dissatisfied” dropbox on c and d instead of “What issues have you faced” on c and d
1. Motion seconded
2. Motion passed
19. Question 8
a. Senator Yari: If we are changing a lot of the questions to be “are you satisfied” should we make it consistent?
b. Senator Rades: The options need to change as well.
c. Chair Jacob: The description is in the question for clarification purposes.
d. Senator Rades: Do we feel it would be better if we had like the list of options to just include “including hours, seating, order accuracy, etc.?” in order to shorten the question?
e. Senator Rades moves to hold a straw poll
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion passed
f. Senator Rades moves to strike “wait time, dietary restrictions, cleanliness” from question 8
i. Motion seconded
ii. Motion objected
1. For:
2. Senator Rades: We just did a strawpoll. This will make the question concise while also clarifying what availability and inequality means.
3. Secretary Danek: I agree because since people will be taking this to class, we shouldn't give them so many questions. It feels like we are just wasting people’s time.
4. Senator Smook: You guys know what etc. means. This isn’t excluding the other stuff but it is about avoiding the wordiness. If they are dissatisfied, they will see that in the dropdown menu.
5. Senator Rades: I wasn’t picking or choosing based on what I thought was important. I don;t think we should list off everything. We can change them. It’s not necessary to list all in the question.
6. Against:
7. Senator Finkelstein: If we are striking this from the question, the whole point of the drop down makes no sense because we added the drop down because it was in the question. That et cetera does not necessarily mean everything else that a student can think of.
8. Chair Iacobovici: It makes the options null and void. We are way past the idea of wordiness in this question. There is no need to have it in the drop down if it’s not in the question.
9. Senator Vira: Upon looking at the question, students will be looking at this quickly. It is important to have it in the wording of the question. Students are not going to see the options until they see the dropdown and they may be in a rush.
10. Senator Peri: We would be striking the three most important things. Students would miss the point.
11. Senator Peri: We should strike it.
12. Senator Pierre: We should start talking about availability and quality in terms of their definition. They could mean different things to students.
13. Senator Black: about the etcetera thing. That’s about anything we haven’t thought about. We should not place that burden on students.
14. Senator Finkelstein: A lot of these people are going to be doing these things very fast, they are just going to be doing what they think personally without reading the actual questions.
iii. Motion fails
g. Senator Yari: Can we change the order of words in the question? I would like to reorganize it to say “hours, wait time, dietary restriction. Also, change the order of the dropdown to reflect these changes.
h. Senator Rades:Also change to “accomodation to dietary restrictions”.
20. Question 9
a. Senator Urban: I would like to add parentheses to “current hours…Sundays?”
b. Senator Rades: Change it to “Would you like” instead of “do you want?”
21. Question 10
a. Senator Kurtz: Could we separate Saturday and Sunday since the hours are different?
b. Senator Yari: Parentheses to current hours
c. Senator Aguilar: Would it be clearer to move the days before the times?
d. Senator Green: Is it proper grammar to change “see” to “have?”
e. Senator Urban: I would like to propose switching options (a) and (b) so option (b) is presented first.
22. Senator Smook moves to propose language to question 3: add “unsafe/hostile environment” to dropdown box.
