It was a pleasure to see so many of you over the summer season; we hope that you’ve made some wonderful memories – we certainly have!
We’re now busy planning for the winter season and although the daylight hours are getting shorter, we’ve still got plenty planned for you. The sounds of wedding bells are in the air, there is an exciting range of Owner events for you to enjoy, and even a new range of gift vouchers to tell you about – read on to find out more!
Our next listening session will be in spring 2025 – we’ll be in touch with a confirmed date in the new year.

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.
Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

Park updates
Our WiFi service is being upgraded
For those that attended the CEO & Chairman visit in August, you were personally made aware that Hoburne Cotswold is going to be moving from the current park WiFi network and all caravans will have fibre installed. Proposed timelines and scope of works have been shared previously, but do let us know if you have further questions. Work commenced on 23rd September and will run over the majority of the winter period - the service will go live for the Easter holidays.
Getting winter ready
Tina Brittain and Paul Ashton are holding a winterisation session on 19th October at 10am for any Owners to come in and discuss their options for winterisation. Paul will be happy to help Owners with any questions or to provide advice on any measures Owners can be putting in place themselves to ensure a smooth winter.
Park
‘touch-ups’
We will continue to develop the Woodland Adventure area, which will mean there are some diversions in place during the works (this will be taking place in November). The facilities will not be impacted and will be open as usual.
Our pathways have also been upgraded around Mallard Lake and Kingfisher.
Team news
Wedding bells!
Emily our Customer Experience Manager, who you may see around reception, is getting married to her partner Craig on 11th October, and Jamie our Leisure manager is also getting married to her partner Lewis on 15th November.
We wish them both the best of luck on their special day.
Happy retirement
Ian “Dave” Beechey retired in September after nine years at the park. We’d like to thank him for his years of service on grounds and wish him a well-deserved retirement.
Making a splash
Toby Vines has been promoted to Hot Tub Supervisor and is leading the team in its efforts to ensure everything is as expected for Owners and holiday makers.
Welcome
Sarah Green joined us over the summer as Operations Manager. She attended the Owners coach trip and has managed to meet a number of Owners already. Do pop into reception to say hello if you’ve not yet had the chance to meet her.

Join us for a fun and interactive 2-hour experience with awardwinning chocolatier Miss Witt. She will share with you her passion for chocolate of the highest quality, her knowledge about using the best chocolate from sustainable and ethical sources, and her skills as an award-winning chocolatier. £15pp*

It’s the Search for a Star national finals at Hoburne Devon Bay. Holiday guests and Owners from Cotswold will be competing to be our ultimate 2024 winner in each category. We wish them the best of luck.

It’s our Owners Christmas weekend! Start the festive celebrations early with your fellow Owners, and enjoy a night of great entertainment from your Hoburne hosts!
