Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.
Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.
Just let us know by emailing rachel.page@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular owner and guest marketing communications.
Discover what’s new at the Leisure Complex
Highlights of our refurbished leisure area include:
Stylish new changing rooms and a refreshed poolside experience
Brand-new lockers (don’t forget your £1 coin!)
Modern cubicle showers for added privacy
A convenient new swimsuit dryer—simple, quick, and much appreciated
Improved wet/dry zone layout in the changing rooms for greater comfort
We have two spacious, state-of-the-art gyms, complete with dedicated strength, cardio and stretch zones, plus a brand new studio.
We also have a new outdoor pool, open 10-5pm daily with longer hours in the school holidays.
All activities can now be booked at the Main or Pool
Reception or through the owners’ portal. In addition, we’re trialing a few features – outdoor sauna pods and new dry exercise classes. Come and check them out and give us your feedback.
We hope many of you have already popped into Reception to meet our new Guest & Owner Experience Team, who have now been in place for a few months. You’ll still see some familiar faces, and we’re also excited to have welcomed some new ones.
Becky, Claire, Debbie, Natalie, Amy, Libby and Holly are your Guest & Owner Experience Coordinators and are on hand to help with any queries you may have.
Also part of the team is Bryony, our Guest & Owner Experience Supervisor, Sam, our Guest & Owner Experience Manager and Laurence, our Holiday Home and Aftersales Supervisor.
We’d like to thank everyone for their patience during this period of change, and we look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming owners’ events – or just drop by Reception to say hi!

If you weren’t already aware, we’re proud to share that this year, Hoburne Naish has chosen the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) as our charity of the year.
The RNLI is a charity that’s especially close to our hearts—and to our coast. With stations and crews operating all around the UK, including right here near Hoburne Naish, they play a vital role in keeping our local waters safe. Keep an eye out for exciting fundraising events throughout the year—we’d love for you to join us in making a difference.
This is a reminder that as of the 6th May, we no longer accept cash payments on Reception. The restaurant and bar areas will continue to accept cash.
We also no longer accept cheques as a method of payment.
As many of you will know, we’re now a few weeks into using our new system, Elite Parks, and we’d like to thank all our owners for your patience and understanding as our teams adapt to the change. Coming soon! The new system will be supported by a dedicated app, designed to make managing your ownership account easier and more intuitive. The new app will be launched soon and we’ll communicate with you to let you know when it is going live. Once that has happened, if you need any help getting started or have questions about it, our Guest & Owner Experience Team will be happy to assist.
Make sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram for regular updates, you can even opt to receive notifications when we post so that nothing is missed!
After 18 months of dedicated work, we’re delighted to announce the completion of the land subsidence project in The Glen and Chewton Bunny areas. The transformation is now complete, and we’ve recently welcomed our first few holiday guests back into these areas.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our owners for your patience and understanding during this time.
Aquafit classes remain available to book seven days in advance for leisure members. Owners and residents can continue to book via the app as usual. And don’t forget to check your email preferences to ensure you’re receiving all the latest leisure complex updates.
We still have lots of owners’ calendars available at Reception. These contain all the fantastic owner events that we have scheduled throughout the year, so please do come and collect one if you would like one.

Our clubhouse is now open from 8am for the summer. Come and enjoy breakfast with us in the Coast House and take advantage of our early bird breakfast offer: Order any adult breakfast or breakfast roll between 8am and 9am and get a free hot drink or bottle of juice.
Look out for our new summer menu, available from the 8th of July and featuring fresh summer salads, yummy pasta dishes and a few light lunch options.
