Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.
Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.
Just let us know by emailing rachel.page@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular owner and guest marketing communications.
We hope many of you have already popped into Reception to meet our new Guest & Owner Experience Team. You’ll still see some familiar faces, and we’re also excited to have welcomed some new ones. Enya and Vicki are your new Guest & Owner Experience Coordinators and are on hand to help with any queries you may have. Don’t hesitate to pop in and say hello! Also, new to the team is Lizzie, our Guest & Owner Experience Supervisor.
We’re pleased to welcome back Glyn Rudge, one of our valued Grounds team, following his recent health scare. Glyn suffered a heart attack while at work, but after receiving hospital treatment (including the insertion of a new stent) and completing a rehabilitation program, he has returned to work fitter and healthier than ever.
We’re delighted that Jack Harris has been promoted to Leisure Manager here at Hoburne Bashley! Jack is a key part of the team, consistently demonstrating commitment, leadership, and a genuine passion for delivering a great experience for our owners and guests. JJ Bobe has been promoted to Leisure Supervisor and we have five new lifeguards joining the team – Charlotte N, Otis, Charlie, Charlotte K and Zac.
If you haven’t already, please don’t forget to collect our friends and family reward cards from Reception These ten extra reward cards allow your family and friends to accrue 10% of their purchases made on park. These cards can be registered at Hoburne.com/rewardcards.

We’d love to invite you to our third owners’ listening session, a valuable opportunity to share your feedback, ideas, and experiences directly with key members of the Hoburne team.
In attendance will be: Sandra Mueller (Operations Director), Neil Sykes (General Manager), Joanne Edwards (Guest and Owner Experience Manager), Ben Dalton (Head of Food & Beverage) and Hayley Baber (Group Entertainment Manager)
Sessions are bookable via the Guest & Owner Team at Reception or please email joanne.edwards@hoburne.com with your preferred session time.
Please note, each session will be 20 minutes long and, to ensure meaningful conversation, sessions will be limited to the owners of no more than 3 holiday homes at a time.
We look forward to seeing you and continuing to work together to enhance your experience at Hoburne Bashley.
Our 10 mph site-wide speed limit awareness campaign has been successfully implemented. Thank you to everyone who is adhering to the speed limit and helping to keep our park safe for all.
Due to bird nesting season, hedge cutting around the park is currently limited. However, if any area is identified as dangerous or causing a significant nuisance, we will assess the situation and conduct a nest survey before taking any necessary action.
As many of you will know, we’re now a few weeks into using our new system, Elite Parks, and we’d like to thank all our owners for your patience and understanding as our teams adapt to the change. Coming soon! The new system will be supported by a dedicated app, designed to make managing your ownership account easier and more intuitive.
The new app will be launched soon and we’ll communicate with you to let you know when it is going live. Once that has happened, if you need any help getting started or have questions about it, our Guest & Owner Experience Team will be happy to assist.
This is a reminder that as of the 6th May, we no longer accept cash payments on Reception. The restaurant and bar areas will continue to accept cash.
From the 1st July we will also no longer be accepting cheques as a method of payment.
We still have lots of owners’ calendars available from Reception. These contain all the fantastic owner events that we have scheduled throughout the year, so please do come and collect one if you would like one.
