We have a fabulous range of owner events to share with you in this edition, plus special offers, park enhancements and new menus, so sit back with a cuppa and enjoy reading!

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.

Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

Exciting team changes

We are very excited to have a new Guest and Owner Experience Manager joining the team in midJune. Please join us in welcoming Shaun to the team when he arrives.

Katie Yiend has also taken on the role as Guest and Owner Experience Supervisor. Please pop in and say hello to Katie and join us in congratulating her in her new role.

Park updates

Introducing Elite Parks - our new owner management system

As many of you will know, we’re now a few weeks into using our new system, Elite Parks, and we’d like to thank all our owners for your patience and understanding as our teams adapt to the change. Coming soon! The new system will be supported by a dedicated app, designed to make managing your ownership account easier and more intuitive. The new app will be launched soon and we’ll communicate with you to let you know when it is going live. Once that has happened, if you need any help getting started or have questions about it, our Guest & Owner Experience Team will be happy to assist.

The park is bursting into bloom!

The beautiful flowers around the park have been on full display, putting a smile on our faces! Our team have been hard at work improving the pathways throughout the park, especially around Anchor View. We have also been working on improving the bin bays to ensure that they are larger for additional recycling bins.

Cash free payments on Reception

This is a reminder that as of the 6th May, we no longer accept cash payments on Reception. The Bay will continue to accept cash.

From the 1st July we will also no longer be accepting cheques as a method of payment.

Owners’ 2025 calendars

We still have lots of owners’ calendars available from Reception. These contain all the fantastic owner events that we have scheduled throughout the year, so please do come and collect one if you would like one.

Friends & family savings

If you haven’t already, please don’t forget to collect our friends and family reward cards from the guest and owner experience desk. These ten extra reward cards allow your family and friends to accrue 10% of their purchases from The Bay. These cards can be registered at Hoburne.com/rewardcards.

Food & beverage offers

Have an ice lolly on us!

To celebrate summer we’re giving all owners a free ice lolly* throughout June, July and August!

*Excludes ice cream. Two ice lollies per owner card per week permitted.

New summer menu at The Bay

The Bay now has a new menu! The expanded food and drink menu launched on the 4th June and offers a greater selection of fresh salads, main courses and side dishes. Please pop in and see for yourself!
