Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.

Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne Holiday Home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

New team members

Jade and Tracy have joined our Guest & Owner Experience Team and have both been incredible.

Jade even won March’s Team Member of the Month award for all her amazing work supporting her colleagues.

At our annual Hoburne conference earlier in the year Hoburne Devon Bay won Park of the Year!

We are absolutely delighted to have been given this award and incredibly proud of all our team for all their hard work and commitment to making Devon Bay a fantastic experience for owners and guests.

Park updates

Outdoor pool

Our outdoor pool is now open and ready for you to take a dip! It’s had a new lining and the water leak has been fixed.

New herb garden

Herbs have been planted by our Grounds Team for owners to use. Please visit the Woodland Glade Garden area and help yourself!

Owners’ Listening Session

There will be another owners’ listening session on Saturday 28th June (times to be confirmed) with Sandra Mueller, our Director of Operations. Please do come along and share your views with us.

Cash free payments on Reception

This is a reminder that as of the 6th May, we no longer accept cash payments on Reception. The restaurant and bar areas will continue to accept cash.

From the 1st July we will also no longer be accepting cheques as a method of payment.

Owners’ 2025 calendars

We still have lots of owners’ calendars available from Reception. These contain all the fantastic owner events that we have scheduled throughout the year, so please do come and collect one if you would like one.

Introducing Elite Parks - our new owner management system

As many of you will know, we’re now a few weeks into using our new system, Elite Parks, and we’d like to thank all our owners for your patience and understanding as our teams adapt to the change. Coming soon! The new system will be supported by a dedicated app, designed to make managing your ownership account easier and more intuitive.

The new app will be launched soon and we’ll communicate with you to let you know when it is going live. Once that has happened, if you need any help getting started or have questions about it, our Guest & Owner Experience Team will be happy to assist.

Improvements to Mallard Rise

Our Mallard Rise development is now complete, and it looks incredible. There has been great feedback from owners and guests, and we’re hopeful we can continue this style of development across other areas of the park in the near future!

Our clubhouse is now open from 8am for the summer. Come and enjoy breakfast with us and take advantage of our early bird breakfast offer:

Order any adult breakfast or breakfast roll between 8am and 9am and get a free hot drink or bottle of juice.

Have an ice lolly on us!

To celebrate summer we’re giving all owners a free ice lolly* throughout June, July and August!

*Excludes ice cream. Two ice lollies per owner card per week permitted.

Look out for our new summer menu, available from the 8th of July and featuring fresh summer salads, yummy pasta dishes and a few light lunch options.
