We’re now busy planning for the winter season and although the daylight hours are getting shorter, we’ve still got plenty planned for you. There are awards, new Owner events, gift vouchers and lots more we’re excited to tell you about – read on to find out more!

Park updates
Managed Letting Scheme
Information regarding 2025’s managed letting scheme will be emailed out to those who already sublet soon. If you are interested in joining the managed letting scheme for 2025, please email Sam, our Customer Experience Manager, at: samantha.dewar@hoburne.com for more information.
Our teams have been hard at work upgrading some of our facilities over the summer.

MUGA
Our Multi-Use Games Area now has a brand-new surface, perfect for all your favourite sports!
Driving range
Enjoy a better practice experience with our new driving range nets. Please also note that we are introducing a new Golf Booking System; please speak to Gary at the golf hut for more information.
Dog play area
Your furry friends are in for a treat with our newly installed equipment, making playtime even more fun.
Looking ahead, here is the next three months planned maintenance:
From your feedback we will be changing the road system by the golf course from a ‘one-way’ to a ‘right of way’ system.
We will be creating an open area at the edge of our Woodlands area and upgrading the sleepers on our crazy golf.
From 6th January our indoor pool will be closed for two weeks for essential maintenance. Owners will be able to use the pools at Hoburne Park during this period.
Drain Downs - It’s that time of year when the British winter weather means we get temperatures dropping below freezing, which can potentially cause damage to your holiday home. If you would like to arrange a drain down for your holiday home, please collect a drain down form from reception.

Summer fun...
We had an amazing summer packed with activities and memorable moments, kicking off with our Party in the Park in July. Despite the usual unpredictable British weather, the event was a great success, with a fantastic turnout and plenty of fun for everyone who attended.
In August, we switched gears for a great cause with our Charity Golf Competition. Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of everyone involved, we raised an impressive £703 in support of our 2024 charity, Minstead Trust. It was a heartwarming effort that will make a big difference.
To wrap up the summer holidays, we celebrated with a vibrant Summer Fiesta. The lively sounds of a steel band set the perfect mood, while the BBQ kept everyone well-fed and smiling - it was the perfect way to bring summer to a close!

She will share with you her passion for chocolate of the highest quality, her knowledge about using the best chocolate from sustainable and ethical sources, and her skills as an award-winning chocolatier. £15pp*

It’s the Search for a star national finals at Hoburne Devon Bay. Holiday guests and Owners from

Join us at the 2024 Winter Owners Party for a night of entertainment. Enjoy ‘Tony Tyler as Buble’ followed by party band ‘We are Robot’, who will keep you dancing all night! Only £5 per person, your park team will notify you when tickets go on sale for this event
