On an early summer afternoon, two eight year olds, Trequan and Lamont, were getting dressed to go to Billy’s birthday party. Trequan asked, “Don’t you think we should wear old clothes because I believe it will get a little messy after today?” Lamont said, “Yes, I think we should because we are about to wreck Billy’s party.” Trequan said, “I’m sure he will regret bullying us when we were younger now, huh?” “I swear he is! “Lamont said! They gathered their things and headed right out the front door and jumped right off the front porch. They grabbed their bikes and headed to Billy’s party. It only took a few minutes for them to arrive at the Splash Pad where the party was held. When Trequan and Lamont arrived, Billy was very shocked to see them, He had no idea they’d be showing up to his party and from the looks on their faces this wasn’t going to end so good. The brothers looked at each other and smirked, Billy knew they were up to no good. Trequan and Lamont dismounted their bikes and started talking to each other. Trequan asked, “You think we should wreck this party now or wait a little later?” Lamont responded, “I think we should just wait it out a little longer to see how he will react to us being here, don’t you think that would be the best idea?” Trequan responded, “Yes, that definitely sounds sounds like a good idea.”
The boys walked up slowly acting as if they had no problem with Billy at all, Billy watched both of them as they slowly walked up and sat down at the picnic tables with Billy’s group of friends. Billy’s friends had no idea that Trequan and Lamont did not get along at all with Billy so they all sat and talked together with no problems at all. Billy’s parents came to the front and told all the kids that it was time to wash their hands and eat pizza, so the kids grabbed hand sanitizer and cleaned their hands quickly. Each kid grabbed 2 slices of pizza from the box and went back to the tables while Trequan and Lamont remained seated. The kids looked directly at Trequan and Lamont and asked,“Why didn’t they get up and go try some of the pizza?” Trequan and Lamont responded, “We aren’t really hungry right now, we just came for the fun.” The kids responded, “Are you sure you don’t want any pizza because there’s plenty left up there?” Lamont said , “We are good we’re about to head to the park and get on the swings for a little bit come get us when y’all are about to blow out the candles and cut the cake.” Trequan and Lamont took off and started to head to the swings. On the way there they were planning on how they wanted to wreck Billy’s entire party. “How are we going to wreck this kid party?” asked Trequan. Lamont said, “We should take all his gifts!” Trequan responded, “Well let’s go what are we waiting for!”
The boys turn around and seen that they were cutting the cake and they started to walk over there, As they approached Billy and his friends as they were gathered around the cake Trequan and Lamont grabbed two plates of cake and sat down to eat it all. After they finished eating they looked at one another and said “It’s time about that time!” They got up and slapped everyone’s cake and drink on the ground and punched Billy in his eye and took all his gifts and ran.
